This place is constantly out of stuff. I wanted carne asada. The couple before me ordered it and the worker got it from the drive thru. They said we are out….. I said you got it from the drive thru for them why can’t I have the same. Employee asked the manager that just got it for them. He says “we are out” so I reiterated I watched him get from the drive thru for them. He then tells the employee to get it for me. Out of mild salsa and out of guacamole and queso. Why stay open to 11 if your going to run out at 8pm

Get ready to wait. Understaffed and undermanaged. Whoever is running this place needs to get a manager in there that can run a restaurant. To have 1 person on the line when you have 10 deep, and it takes 5 minutes , that’s an hour wait. I stayed for 20 minutes and the line moved once. Meanwhile the cashier doesn’t jump into help. She just sits at the register waiting. It’s horrible. If you choose to eat here you have been forewarned

I’m sorry to say .I do love Chipotle ,but this location is always out of food.Came here on a Thursday @9pm.and they were out of Chicken ,Quac and lettuce. I can deal with no quac and lettuce, but no Chicken. Come on ,9pm on a Thursday .The store is open till 11pm. .2 more hours with no Chicken. Gotta do better .I left that night no Chipotle. Very unprofessional. I mean that is crazy .Very disappointed

I used to love Chipotle, but this location is the worst one I have ever been to. They are always out of items. The staff act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. And they can’t be bothered to clean the tables. Absolutely terrible.

Upon receiving my order, I discovered a sharp piece of metal embedded in the food (photos attached). This posed a significant choking and injury hazard. Fortunately, I identified it before consuming further, but the risk to myself and other customers is clear and unacceptable.

What happened to customer service? I walked in tonight to order food for me and my wife, went to start with my wife’s order as it is very simple as she is very picky. A chicken and cheese quesadilla. Apparently these are “online only” so I offered to do it as a burrito instead. The response was “I can’t toast it”. This is ridiculous and stupid. You have the ability but don’t want to do it for the customer. I don’t know what has changed in the 12 years since I worked food service, but if this is the way it is, I will just go somewhere else.
(And I did, went to Jersey Mike’s in the same plaza and they even turned the grill back on 7 minutes to close, despite me offering to get something else as they a8m to please the customer)

Food and service were good but no knives to eat salad with and they didn’t tell us when we ordered. Hard to eat salad with a spoon… otherwise it was a good experience. Food was fresh and tasted great.

Chipote Zephyrhills. No liquid soap in the bathroom, no black beans had to wait 20 minutes to pick up an order while they made a black beans. How does a burrito place run out of black beans? Maybe incompetence , I have no idea. told the associate about the bathroom not having liquid soap. and she did nothing.

The food was ready.The whole time never told me spit at half hour and the restaurant where I could have been making money, But instead I set there and watched incompetence at work. If you order from a food app , i’m not going to pick it up , it could sit there and rot.
