If I could give this place zero stars I would. I normally don’t take the time out to make reviews but this is ridiculous! I was on my lunch break today with my coworkers. I ordered a carnitas bowl with plain white rice, corn and shredded cheese. I went to sit and eat with them, but my bowl was so dried out and inedible! I took it back and asked for a remake. They said “they were waiting on Carnitas and it should take about 5 mins”…ok no problem I’ll wait. Nearly 30 mins goes by and nobody says anything! Everyone is standing around talking while I’m waiting and nothing. Finally, a kid comes up to me and asks if I’m the one waiting on carnitas? I say yes, and he grabs a bowl and apologizes for the wait. When I get to my destination (because all of my coworkers ate their burritos while I was waiting up front) I find out that they put the same dried out carnitas in my bowl again!! I am so mad and hangry!! I waited all of that time just to not be able to eat my lunch again!!

This Chipotle is consistently dirty and provides terrible customer service. We love Chipotle, but this location isn’t it. The food is often watery, the counters are messy, and food items are frequently mixed between containers.
The service tonight was especially disappointing. The cashier dropped our chimichurri sauce into the bag carelessly, made no eye contact, and showed no courtesy. It’s Veterans Day, and both my spouse and I served, we participated in the Veterans Day special, but there was no acknowledgment of our service or even basic politeness.
We hope management addresses these issues. Cleanliness and respect for customers should be a priority.

I’m so glad they built this restaurant closer to where I live. A fan favorite and definitely one of my favorite places to eat.
A beautiful new facility that’s inviting, and easy to access.
There’s even a drive-through to help accommodate customers.
I will definitely be coming here on a regular basis. It’s right around the corner from me and I’m always in the mood for some Chipotle.

Disclaimer : Today is the first day in my life that I ever willingly choose to never eat at any chipotle for the rest of my days.
I just moved to this area and it been about 8 months since I’ve eaten at any chipotle establishment. I thought to myself , I’ll just go to Publix next door and get a quick $12 max bite to eat. I decided, you know what , let me treat myself to chipotle it’s not going to be that expensive. WRONG. I get a bowl brown rice , i notice there is no chicken left so I go for the steak , whatever. She scoops maybe half a spoonful and says “ you want any peppers /cheese “ blah blah. Mind you there is no one in line but me at this point you’d think they’d be a little more generous. Of course I don’t say anything I’m too scared to get hit with that doble meat charge ,right . I get guac and sour cream a bag of chips and a topo chico water that costs maybe $1 at Walmart , I googled it. She goes your total is $23 dollars !!!! I never thought I’d see the day that I would pay $23 for cooked brown rice . I’m not one to waste my time writing reviews but I promise you I was scavenging through my bowl for a piece of steak from the first bite . I will say everything tasted fine , everything was clean , nobody was rude . I know it probably sounds like man this guy is crying over 20 bucks, lol , that’s not the point . But I say this with full confidence my money will never be spent here or any chipotle ever again . It’s almost inhumane lol

No one and nothing should be saved at this location. I am disgusted by what was purchased and embarrassed for anyone associated with this location. For rice to be such an easy thing to cook, how do you mess that up and STILL make the conscious decision to serve it?? It wasn’t one little grain, it was the majority of what was in my bowl. I spit out more rock hard rice than i ate. On top of the hard non cooked rice, there’s a mystery item that I have yet to determine whether or not it’s rotten avocado or a piece of runaway rubbery steak? I will fron now on, pass my own house and go to the Valrico location. Corporate should shutter this location and forget it ever existed.

Not as bad as I expected, but still has some common problems in Chipotle. This location is fairly new, and has a drive-thru for online orders. However, both the tables and workspace were dirty. The service was good, they got our orders correct and even double wrapped by burrito because the original tortilla broke.
The food here meets the Chipotle standard. The flavors of my burrito and chips & queso were great. However, the guacamole was just fine and the taco was not structurally sound at all. Overall, typical experience for a Chipotle.

I hesitate to eat here because the restaurant is always so filthy. The tables have never been cleaned off. I eat outside and nearly every table is filled with old food. There’s no garbage outside and where there was a garbage it’s all on the ground. Does no one care.?? I would love to speak with the manager, but who do you speak to? So disappointed. Chipotle, you can do better.!!

Got 2 bowls and a burrito. I couldn’t be more disappointed and embarrassed for a restaurant. The manager here needs to resign due to pure incompetency. Each bowl was filled half way with roughly 4 pieces of chicken.

The food is fine, as expected, but the teenagers working here are rude as hell and disorganized, and the store is FILTHY. We came outside to eat to get away from the dirt inside, and patio is even worse! How hard could it be to clean up your patio every morning and make sure your staff is nice to patrons? Will definitely be going out of my way to visit other chipotles in the future and avoid this one.
