March 2026 – my first visit this location. Conveniently located close to my residence. I was unaware the business was there, but my visit to neighboring Dunkin Donuts yesterday I noticed and was anxious to try. I was not at all impressed with cleanliness, as soon as I walked in I noticed debris on counter and floor in beverage area. Staff were courteous . Food was stacked poorly in takeout bag so liquid wet the bag enough to tear it from food inside. Likely i will try again based on convenience but I was not feeling the fresh cook experience.

I need to address something that has now happened more than once with the night shift cashier.
I don’t expect employees to be overly cheerful or act like robots, but basic customer service and consistency should be the minimum. This is the second time she has denied giving me chips, yet the customers right in front of me were given a bag without any issue. When I asked about it, she responded in an annoyed, low tone saying, “We are not doing chips anymore,” which clearly wasn’t true based on what I had just seen.
On top of that, she almost handed my boyfriend someone else’s order. When he corrected her, she rolled her eyes and didn’t even give him a bag afterward.
Everyone else here provides decent service. Not perfect, but respectful and consistent. This particular employee’s attitude makes customers feel unwelcome and honestly makes us reconsider coming back. This has happened multiple times, so it’s not a one-time misunderstanding.
I’m bringing this up because it needs to be addressed. Customers should not feel dismissed or treated differently depending on who is standing at the register.

I use the app to order and use the chipotlane fairly often. It’s consistent. Never really impresses. But it’s good and reliable. They do a good job with portions at this location (at least in the drive-thru lane)

I spent 40 minutes in line. The drive through is designed so you can’t leave after a certain point and getting a refund is impossible in the AI age. The food was promised 30 minutes ago. This is my worst experience with Chipotle ever and I personally hope this location goes out of business. I rather walk through glass barefoot than ever utilize a chipotlane again. What a poorly executed feature.

Only one in line, asked for a burrito with white rice and black beans and I kid you not. She gave me half a scoop of white rice. Asked for more, another half scoop.
Asked for a side of chips and guacamole, she acknowledged me, proceeded to go help another guest while I sat there at the register confused as to why I wasn’t getting my side and why I wasn’t being rung up. Sat around for a minute before speaking up and asking if I was going to be rung up.
Made the mistake of not paying attention while she scooped my chicken. Ended up eating a rice, bean and corn burrito because there was very little chicken.
Incredibly disappointed by this location as it is unfortunately my new local chipotle.
Guac had zero flavor, rice had zero flavor.
0/10. Awful experience.

Came here at 11:10 am had a good experience, men’s bathrooms were clean (rare for any place), place was clean, food was good, the name on the bag was different from what I put, (I think it was my fault because it wasn’t my account I used but I put my name on the order), but the people helped me out and I just had to prove it was my order and I got my food. I actually forgot the cup I ordered with my food and as I was walking away they called me and reminded me and that was pretty nice of them. I think the reviews are too harsh I didn’t see anything wrong

My family and I went due to the BOGO. The first thing that stuck out was the long line, but it was understandable because of the deal. However, the line was barely moving. The cars outside in the Chipotle Lane were moving faster than us. 30 minutes later, the line moves up, but then they run out of rice. They did not inform people in line of this. People had to go up to the counter and ask. The manager told some customers that they would rather have everyone get out and cut down the line. It took over 20 minutes for more rice to be ready. When we finally got to the start of the line, the rice ran out again. They were not willing to get rice from the Chipotle Lane, even though there were no cars or orders. They also ran out of fajita and said that was it for the day, even though it was 8:20 pm at this point and still some time before they closed. The portions sizes were horrible, like they were trying to save food for the rest of the people in line and didn’t want to make more. The service was extremely slow, with someone being trained during this rush hour. The staff was very ill prepared and were more focused on talking with each other than communicating with the customers. I was there for over an hour.

Absolutely one of the best Chipotle location. This brand new restaurant is very clean, spacious and modern. It has outdoor seating with patio umbrellas and drive thru as well. Staffs are friendly and upbeat. We ordered the Garlic Steak Bowl and Chicken Bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite Chipotle now.

I eat Chipotle 2–3 times a week, so I’m not someone who leaves reviews over nothing. But this location at 4400 Hypoluxo Rd (Atlantis) was gross and unacceptable.
They scooped rice into my bowl, then scooped rice back out of my bowl because they didn’t feel like making more. After that, they skimped on the chicken for my girlfriend’s tacos again, for the same reason, they were low and didn’t want to cook more.
If you’re running low, make more or tell customers there will be a wait. Don’t take food back out of someone’s bowl and short people on protein. I live across the street at Elan Palm Reserve and I wanted this to be my go to Chipotle, but I won’t be back if this is how it’s handled.

As a regular customer at this Chipotle, it’s disappointing that nothing seems to change with each visit. It’s frustrating to have to consider driving 20 minutes to another location just to enjoy a decent Chipotle meal. This location is the only one within a 5- to 10-minute radius of my house. Every time I come in, I am greeted with a terrible attitude and outright rudeness. On top of that, my food is usually cold. The female employees consistently give me attitude if I ask a question or mention anything wrong with my order. I’m over the service, the food, and the terrible atmosphere. I guess I’ll be driving 20 minutes next time.
