1.- just one person serving
2.- small portions ( I have photos )
3.- only two protein to pick other containers empty
4.- job site dirty
5.- all food containers messed up with others sauces
6.- rice ( it wasn’t prepared properly it was hard )
The reason of my review it is not harm employees or the business my idea is they improve for the next time I’ll come back because for sure we will back one of my favorite fast food

The drive up customer service was horrible. I asked for a manager the lady insisted she was the manager and she refused to give her name. What manager acts this way. She’s acting like I’m buying food from her house. She also had the nerve to put the soda in a bag with the food including on the chips. She needs training and to learn how to act at work. Just because she’s miserable don’t take it out on the customers. She was rude from the beginning. This is unacceptable!

I didn’t even realize there was a Chipotle this close to me—only 3 minutes from home! Such a nice surprise. The food is fresh and flavorful, just like every other Chipotle I’ve been to, and it’s so convenient to have one right in the neighborhood. Definitely my new go-to spot when I want something quick, filling, and tasty.

Sub par Customer Service. Don’t want to be there, but I have too attitude. The girl didn’t even smile. No quality on Food. Lettuce was hard, and un-edible. Spinach leaves slimy. Won’t be coming back. I see why its a 3.3 rating. Spoke to the manager and he said sorry, we do better next time. At least he acknowledged, Lol wow. If you gonna pay 39 dollars for 2 bowls, then it should be up to standards. Some things that were good, was the food was hot, utensils were clean, and the sit down area was clean. Great job on that. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but attention to detail matters. Have a great day.

I visited around 8:35 PM and noticed a serious hygiene issue. One of the staff members at the lettuce/cheese prep area was preparing my bowl when he noticed his metal work surface was dirty. Instead of cleaning it properly with a rag or paper towel, he used his gloved hand to smear the debris away and then continued making my food. I didn’t bring it up to the manager at the time because I didn’t want to embarrass him, but it was very unsanitary and disappointing to see at a place like Chipotle.
Even the customers to my right were disgusted. All I could do was smile in disbelief that normal sanitation/hygiene was not being practiced.

worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. used the pickup lane for my food and noticed I did not receive me free Guacamole that I redeemed for my birthday from the app so I drove all the way back from my house and when I arrived to the window again I tried showing the worker that I redeemed the reward and that it was on my Order Summary and he refused to look at my phone. He continued to go back and forth with me basically stating he couldn’t/wouldn’t give me my FREE guacamole I originally redeemed and said I either had the option to speak to a manager or that the situation will be escalated. All he had to do was look at my phone and see that I did indeed redeem my reward and simply give me my side of Guacamole. I don’t understand why people that do not have the manners or professionalism to work in fast food choose to still work in fast food. I will never visit this location again. Just for reference if this review does get noticed it was a guy with a lazy eye that looked like he hated his job.

Finally, the Palm Springs, FL location is open! I’m so excited to have one close to home. The restaurant was clean and had a very welcoming atmosphere. My burrito was made to perfection — the chicken was a little burnt, but not a big deal. You can tell the staff is new and still getting used to the flow, but they were polite and doing their best. I’ll definitely be back!

My experience at the new Chipotle was terrible.
I was so excited that it opened so close to home, but the visit was a complete disaster. I paid extra for guacamole and they barely gave me any. The portion of meat was tiny, and the server even took some out of my bowl after it was already served! The employees were extremely slow, and the whole area behind the counter looked messy and dirty. Very disappointing — this place seriously needs better management.

Was a little hesitant to try this new chipotle cuz of the 2 bad reviews i saw. Omg… in all honesty, best chipotle ive been to. usually go to the one on hypoluxo, but this one is closer so i wanted to try it and placed a mobile order. They didnt skimp on anything and the food tastes better than my usual chipotle, very well seasoned. I rarely review anything, but this place deserves the 5 star. Yall are amazing there!
