I’m really disappointed with the service at Chipotle lately. The customer service has been consistently poor, and the portion sizes are never equal. One visit you might get a decent serving, and the next time it’s noticeably less for the same price. It’s frustrating because consistency should be a basic expectation.

What made this experience even worse is that I ordered my usual meal through uber it was before lunch time, and the portion was even smaller than when ordering in person. Paying full price and receiving significantly less food is unacceptable.

Overall, the lack of consistency in serving sizes and the poor customer service make this a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate because I used to enjoy eating here, but lately it feels like customers aren’t being valued.

Terrible customer service and very inconsistent serving sizes from person to person. I ordered a bowl of barbacoa and after asking why I m getting such small serving of meat, the employee responded that it s the normal size. I asked her to transfer the meat out of the bowl into the cup which should be full of it was a full serving size. And then redirected me to the manager of some sort who was also on the line and her response was ” did you ask for a full serving”? I thought everyone should get a full serving and if you want extra it s extra charge. Even after acknowledging that I didn’t get a full serving , she didn’t remedy the situation. Added a sprinkle of cheese in top of it and charged me the full amount.
Never going back to chipotle again. And I used to be a regular customer. I ll take my business to Chick-fil-A and pollo tropical.

If you have not realized it by now? Chipotle is in the trash. Poor customer service, they are still being cheap and stingy with protein portions. It is no surprise their stock is in the toilet. It’s obvious management doesn’t read or care about all these bad reviews. If I were the owner? I would fire the entire staff and start over. I am now a loyal customer of CAVA in delray. WAY better food and experience.

I visited Chipotle on Friday evening around 6:15 PM. The restaurant had only three customers sitting at a table and four staff members at the counter, waiting for patrons. I ordered a Carnitas bowl.

The employee used a pair of tongs to place a small amount of pork in my bowl. He then added an even smaller amount—no bigger than a mouse’s bite. It was almost comical to see how convinced he was that I was getting an adequate amount of protein. He didn’t use any measuring device, just relied on his keen eye and loyalty to Chipotle.

There was so little meat in the bowl that I asked for more, only to be informed that there would be an extra charge. The base price for my meal was $10.25, and if I wanted extra meat, it would add another $4.60. This would bring my total to around $14.85 plus tax for what should have been a $10 meal. I ultimately decided to decline the order and walked out. Now I understand why the restaurant was so empty. I will never return to Chipotle. What a complete ripoff! I went to Chick-fil-a which is just a block away and you get what you pay for!

I would like to start by saying that I visit your store at least twice a week and have always enjoyed my experience—until my most recent visit. We came in for the BOGO special, but it was clear your staff was not adequately prepared for the increased crowd, which should have been expected.
My bowl was served with only half the usual portion of rice, and my husband received the same. When we asked about it, we were told they were limiting portions because they were running out. In addition to the disappointing food quality, the staff appeared rude and visibly frustrated, especially the cashier, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
As loyal customers, we were very disappointed with the service and overall experience.

I visited this Chipotle location at around 10:45 PM on Friday, about 15 minutes before closing. The employee taking my order (an Indian man with a beard) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When he told me there was no white rice, I looked at my boyfriend with a surprised expression. I wasn’t complaining or making a scene. He immediately responded with attitude, saying, “I don’t know what you expect, we close in 10 minutes.” I work in the restaurant industry, so I fully understand end-of-night limitations, and I wasn’t upset about the rice being unavailable. What bothered me was the disrespect. When I told him there was no need to be rude, he doubled down and said my facial expression was “surprising.” As I left, he continued to mock me for reacting to the lack of white rice. There is absolutely no reason to talk to customers that way — especially when they aren’t being rude or demanding. This experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly disappointing. I hope this location addresses this behavior because customer service should never look like this.

Only order in person. Ordering in person has always gone smoothly for me. But never order online or with the app. When you order items that come with sides online or with the app they won’t bother with putting all the sides in. I ordered a Carne Asada Kids Quesadilla on the app and they put in neither the drink nor the chips that are supposed to come with it. I guess they don’t see any point to putting in the effort to make sure to include everything because they figure that the average person isn’t going to drive all the way back to complain about missing sides. If you must order online, open your bag at the store and check everything. Food is always good, though.

The two guys working tonight, 11/21 around 9:45pm. Didn’t get y’all’s name but the burrito was insanely well rolled and thank you for the awesome interaction during my visit. Every job needs people like the two of y’all. Great service with some great conversation and laughs.

This is the worst chipotle I had ever been to. The other reviewer saying you get depression just by walking in is right. EVERY single time we come to this Chipotle we are met by hostile stares and attitude. Everyone we have dealt with there has been so rude, no eye contact or greeting and one employee even chastised me for scanning a coupon at the counter without telling him I had a coupon (I didn’t know?). It almost seems like they all hate their jobs and I don’t know if the manager is hiring people with bad attitude and not training them on customer service, or if the manager is a fostering a hostile work environment, but something about this place is strangely awful.

I haven’t been to a Chipotle in awhile and was shocked it was dead at 6pm dinner time. Then I realized why. The service is poor. 1 person in front of me ordering 2 bowls and 2 employees standing around waiting. So the 1 person is only person that can start my order?

When i ordered my drink ( 32oz) as that is how you have it on the menu the cashier had to ask if that’s a large?.

Stale chips.

As slow as it was no one leaving behind the counter to take care of the dinning room. 25% of the tables needed a wipe down. All 3 trash cans inside were almost full. Trash on the mat in front of the soda machine. The napkin area a mess. Bathroom a mess. The outside trash cans 2 of 3 almost full. Not good appearance when it’s slow.

Btw give the cashier an apron. He shirt was half stained.
