I wish I didn’t have to give stars and just give a review because that how horrible this chipotle has become. It used to be great and now it’s gone to the ground. Associates were rude and the portion size of rice and meat they were trying to give was enough for my 5 year old. When I questioned the associate got an attitude and said I have to ask for extra rice and b charged. Like what? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Holly was amazing. I really enjoyed her customer service. She helped me pick my order and told me the best recommendations. I really didnt know what to get because it was my first time at Chipotle. We had a small chat and I learned she was Haitian and loved good food. She made my experience great. As a business owner I love when I see great customer service.

Please please please stay away from this location and honestly all locations. Not sure why chipotle isn’t just shut down already. I got a bowl on 12/26/25 and within a few hours… FOOD POISONING! The worst pain I’ve ever felt with any and all symptoms. They should be ashamed of themselves putting people’s health at risk! Just do yourself a favor and disregard your “cravings” for this place.

Today Sunday I decided not to cook, so I sent my son for a chipotle bowl that he ordered himself through the app to pick up at the store, but my God that order was horrible nothing was fresh even the color of the guacamole is dark and different, the meats were tough, flavorless and dry, the rice was hard, really a very unpleasant experience… it’s very sad to see how a company like this is lowering its quality so much… When they opened I always went at least once a week, but I think that has to change. It definitely wasn’t fresh food at all.

The staff treat you rudely just for asking for simple things like silverware when they run out. Also, the food quality is very subpar. The standards aren’t that high when it it comes to slop bowls, and even then this location manages to go below it.

Avoid this location by any means necessary. I went here the other week to get a salad with chicken. Everything looked normal until I got home and found not one, but two food preserving packets buried in my meal. I surfaced them both for the picture, and reported to Chipotle HQ (who were largely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that if these packets were open, could be toxic and require ER visits).
Don’t go here. You will get sick, or be unsatisfied by the lack of friendliness/small portion size.

Quick and efficient service. Clean facility. I’m surprised to see the other negative reviews. Maybe the owner or corporate should login to their own Google My Business account and address these reviews. That’s most likely hurting your reputation and business metrics, profitability etc

I walked in to order and I felt like the person was annoyed for having to make my bowl. No eye contact when asking me what I want, it was weird. Everyone that works here looks miserable. The place looks dirty and I was afraid to eat my food thinking I could end up sick. Chipotle needs to do better and management needs to look at each store. Clean it up at least. I think this is the last time I will go to this location or any of them.
EDIT: not sure why i went back for online order pickup. Chips STALE and no taste. Not even salt. My guac: BROWN. Whoever is the manager here needs to step it up . I even tipped and get crap food

Manager is rude and unprofessional. My tacos looked like a ball of mush. Instead of thanking his employer for fixing the mess, he chose to stand at register with arms crossed, talking about the situation like i was crazy for not wanting a ball of taco …
Food was not ready for a dinner line of guests.
Everything was overly salty.

Wow should have read the previous reviews. Do not come to this location. The employees do not have any customer service skills.
I asked to have the smallest burrito I have ever seen cut in half for my daughter and they said they couldn’t, no problem, I then asked if I could have a knife and you would have thought I asked them to go out back and carve a special one out of steel. We then worked our way down the line to the rudest cashier (Cheyenne). I asked again for a knife and she said very abruptly there was one in the bag. I asked if I was allowed to have two and she gave me a look of disgust as she placed another one in the bag. I won’t even go into how much she was put off by telling us what kind of Izzys they had in the case. Horrible experience and will make sure to never visit this location
