This isn’t even the first time this has happened or I’d chalk it up to a silly mistake. Daughter took a bite of her ‘quesadilla’ and showed me this and stated “they did it again.” No one working here cares, currently waiting another 45 min to feed my kids because both of quesadillas arrived like this and DoorDash is resending them. Recently went in store at open and no one acknowledged us for 10 min as the only people in the store. I’m over this location.

I’ve been here before and it was nice. Today was just average. They skimped on the food. My brisket was overcooked & grisly. The servers were very serious & not very friendly. Not a lot of people and in the past it was always crowded.

I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. The staff is slow to take orders, and I waited nearly 20 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged. Mobile orders are also extremely delayed—I received a notification that my order was ready, but when I arrived, it took an additional 30 minutes to actually get my food.
I also noticed employees on their phones instead of preparing orders, which adds to the delays. On top of that, my order was incorrect—I paid for guac on my bowl, but it was missing, and no one even mentioned it. The portion of rice was also noticeably small.
This seems like a management issue, and with better organization and attentiveness, the experience could easily be improved.

I had just placed an online order at this specific store, seeing it had low reviews on other apps i decided to give it a chance despite the reviews. I had arrived and the red/pink hair female cashier was very unkind and unprofessional, i had told her i had an online order and she slammed the bag on the counter and when i asked where the cups were she snatched the bag, ripped it open, and roughly put the cups on the counter. She could have just told us that they were in the bag, instead had an attitude. Then we sat down to eat and our bowls were completely wrong. she the went out of her way to talk bad about customers including me to the cooks. Im sorry i wanted proper service, never returning to this location.

I really like this Chipotle! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the service is always great. The food is fresh and delicious every time. Definitely one of my favorite spots — highly recommend!

I ordered online, it said my food was going to be ready at 11:20, it wasn’t. Had to wait another 40 minutes. There was some employees arguing in the back, instead of making the food. There was also a line in the store with customers waiting to order food. I’ve worked in fast food before and you have to get the customers food out quickly. This is not my first bad experience at this location.

Its a mixed bag. Some of their team are very nice, but many times there is no one at the station to help. Tables are constantly dirty and trash always full. It must be challenging to manage a busy location like this, but with business comes revenue and they should able to afford being on point with cleanliness.

I went to the Chipotle on 441 by Best Buy on October 23 around 9:30 PM, and the experience was awful. The tall lady with red hair behind the counter had a terrible attitude toward everyone in line — rolling her eyes, making faces, and handing out food with clear disrespect.
Every customer could feel the bad energy. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior when people are paying for their food. Management needs to address her attitude immediately — it completely kills the experience for everyone.

There are 5 people on shift and only two of them actually doing their jobs. There’s a girl who works there with red hair and what looks like a scar on her left cheek. She’s extremely obnoxious. Talking loud as can be in the middle of the doorway that leads to the back of house, I could barely hear myself think. The cashier constantly had his back to the door and was on his iPhone with the call on speaker. Multiple times other customers would come in and instead of asking them for what they needed he would stand in the doorway just cracking jokes with the two girls in the back with absolutely no sense of urgency. I felt bad for the employee making the food becuase they were life by themselves as a line had formed and mobile orders continued to come through. Lastly I am not exaggerating when I say that every single table was dirty with food crumbs and what not all over it. I was there for almost an hour and nothing was cleaned. They would not stop horsing around in the back nor would they come out to help the one employee that was actually working.

So, usually I don’t really come to this location but now I know why. They in a somewhat busy strip mall. We’re just on our way home and wanted to grab something quick and easy. When we got in line there were about 5-6 people behind us. I usually don’t use the apps but I have some free guac, and free double protein that we wanted to use and I could find the QR code for them to scan. I mentioned to the cashier that I don’t know my way around the app but I want to use the double protein and free guac from the apps and she said she didn’t know either and there was another gentlemen tried to help out but then I guess there’s was a chef that came out the Babcock and tried to rush us by just grabbing the foods and kept asking is this your? And is this it?. Anything else? He kind of messed up the order and the food.
At the end, we just had to pay for every and didn’t even used the coupons
I would have given this experience a ZERO STAR but I am no able too.
