Girl was talking to her friend at the register instead of serving a line of customers waiting for her. Guac looks like it’s been sitting there forever, don’t know how they still intend to serve it to customers. Dirty. Grill looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in forever. Worst attitude from employees. When I asked for chipotle sauce, they gave me a cup with a tiny amount of sauce. Definitely won’t be going back.

Worst service from beloved chipotle. I’ve never visited a worse run branch. They didn’t know the difference between a kids meal taco (which they tried to serve me) and a normal taco entree. The manager came out to get the long line moving and did not pay attention to my order but moved me a long. I have no idea what I just paid for. At cashier she didn’t even know what order was ours not could we tell as well.

I frequently eat at Chipotle. I rarely write bad reviews but my visit for lunch to get a bowl on 08/16/24 was very disturbing. I went to get my typical bowl. It was so ridiculous how small the portion servings were that were being provided to me in the bowl. With each small serving, I politely asked for the employee to please add a bit more. With an attitude, the amount added was not enough to feed a mouse. When he did the chicken, the spoon did not even have one layer of chicken on it. At this point, I was getting a little irritated that I had to keep asking to just get a normal serving. I again said, hey, could you please give me some more chicken? He literally added 2 little pieces of chicken. I said you have to be kidding me, I have never received such small portions. I said please, can you give me a normal serving of chicken. He rudely said I will have to charge you for double chicken if I add any more. What a joke, I was not even close to receiving a single serving of chicken.
If I was not so hungry and short on time, I would have just left the bowl there and not paid for it. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Do yourself a favor and go to any other Chipotle in the area. I’ve never had one consistently mess up so frequently. I had put an online order and picked it up, silly me I should’ve checked it before I left because it was the wrong meat, wrong rice, missing corn salsa and guac. Not to mention it just looks pathetic.
