WHOEVER RUNS THIS CHIPOTLE DESERVES A RAISE. This is the THICCEST chipotle ive ever gotten let alone online. So much so i couldn’t even finish it!! Its been years since ive not been able to finish a chipotle bowl. And this place never pact unlike the one i normally go to in Lakes and the lights inside arent bright and blinding giving it a cozy vibe. And staff dont ignore you either. 10/10!!

Be careful if eating here. I found a nearly 2 inch piece of plastic in my burrito. It took four calls to get past the automated system and reach someone at the store to let them know they had plastic in their food.
Recommendation is to avoid this place.

Talk about taking your money!! $13 for a barbacoa bowl that doesn’t even cover 1/2 the bowl. First time I went I just picked up and when I got home, too late to complain about the skimpy portion. . Thought maybe it was a 1 time thing. Went back a second time, it was also a picked but had to wait for my order, again skimpy portion. I asked the server to add some more she complained and said that’s how they serve and called the manager. Manager said the same but instructed her to add 1/2 a scoop. My third and now final time, I ordered at the counter and see pic of the portion they tried to give me! I go to chipotle 1x per wk but to a different location and never had I been served such cheap portions!! This location is a rip off. I again complained to the manager and told him to keep the food, I refused it and left. On my way out he told me that’s how we serve, you’re getting over served elsewhere so just go there!

The past couple of times I’ve ordered here, I got Chipotle with a side of hair. The amount of hair that’s been in my food is disgusting. I’ve given them multiple chances, but this recent bowl was FILLED with hair. The employees that made it had their hair all out and I remember wondering why no one wore nets only to go home and open a bowl of hair. I was correct. Please make your employees wear hair nets. It’s truly unsanitary.
