I ordered a quesadilla and this is what I got. Not sure what to even call this, but it was impossible to eat. Did they accidentally make a burrito then just cut it in half..? I had to wait 10 minutes past the pickup time as well, which was fine but I expected the food to at least be fresh. The queso was also placed sideways in the bag and spilled over everything.

I can’t say enough great things about this Chipotle! The staff is incredibly friendly—always smiling and making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The food is always delicious, and they serve very generous portions every time. I really wish more locations were run like this one. I feel lucky to have it so close to work—it’s become my go-to lunch spot, and I stop by almost every day!

I make a place on uber from this location and everything was fine until i get my order not even tucked fully looking like this uber person took a bite in my food and you would expect your meat in there wouldn’t you? But do you know I had no meat whatsoever mind you on the uber it is mandatory that you make a place with your type of meat or else it wouldn’t register the order. once i open my bowl no meat in site im extremely upset and disappointed with the service I get once I rang the phone no one answered. This is my first time ordering or even tasting chipotle and it would be my last never order in this area!!

i walked in about 4:49 and there’s was a girl with braids refilling the stuff she had us standing there for 5 mins she didn’t say a word didn’t greet us nothing then i tried to joke with her she gave us attitude my daughter attitude i think chipotle need better person serving the food her character and attitude was so bad i threw the food out after i paid for it . because i highly believe that whoever is serving food their energy transfers to the food . just horrible . leave your attitudes at home !!!!! just pitiful and my blood was low so i needed the food nonetheless i went to pollo tropical instead

Not only did they not provide double meat, half of the “meat” they provided was a big fat blob. I doordashed it – so who knows how much time and how many phone calls it would take to find accountability. Now, I’m sitting at home sick and unable to drive myself…and I don’t have another $35 to spend on a bowl of rice, beans, and salsa.

Food at chipotle always tastes the same. So the food was good enough. But unfortunately the worst customer service you will ever get. Im not going back. To any chipotle after this. Being slightly nice goes a very long way. I regret leaving a tip also. I cannot stress how bad the service is. Also 36$ for 2 bowls???

HORRIBLE Was making fun of a shirt I had and staff member was disrespecting my political view and didn’t give me any food, he told me to look up something online that was disgusting, im literally a minor. remember they are rude people and dont care, they think its a game.
