I visited the Chipotle at 5435 North University Dr, Lauderhill, FL 33351 on February 9 around 7:30 PM, and I just have to say the manager on duty was absolutely amazing.
I was fresh out of the hospital and in a lot of pain. Standing was hard, and I couldn’t eat anything too spicy in my current condition. Even though they were out of the pork I usually get, she didn’t just brush me off or say “we’re out.” She showed real compassion. She had me sit down, came over to take my order, and genuinely tried to make sure I was taken care of.
That kind of kindness is rare. She was patient, personable, and went above and beyond to help me when I was clearly not feeling well. This is what real customer service looks like. I love Chipotle already, but this experience made me appreciate this location even more.
Please recognize the manager who worked that shift. She made a hard day a little easier, and I’m truly grateful. W am sorry I did not remember your name.

I came at 8pm to get a small bowl and at the front the server shared my plate but said they don’t have any lettuce because their preparing for closing how are you closing 2hrs prior to closing, it’s multiple complaints tonight the manager need to take action because they loosing a lot of loyal customers!!! I came here a kittle early and waited on my car until they open at 10:45am, when i tried to go inside thinking they were already open at 10:55 they were still closed. I waited a few more minutes and someone unlocked the door, then and employee starting getting all the chairs down that were on top of the tables with bad attitude and loud noise. I walked to the front to see if i could place my order and the food line was half way done, half of the food containers were laying on the back counter not set up and ready and there was stuff all over the place. What a mess . I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. It was nasty and messy.

Let me preface this by saying: I’ve never had a Chipotle order I didn’t like—until now. This bowl was a disappointment on multiple levels.
There were a couple of firsts for me with this order:
1. I ordered through the Chipotle app
2. I tried the new Chipotle Ranch sauce
Let’s start with the positives:
• The Chipotle Ranch was actually tasty, though I’m not completely convinced the bowl needed it.
• Ordering through the app is super convenient—no line, quick pickup, and you can collect rewards points toward free food.
Now for the downside… and unfortunately, there’s a lot:
• The portion of Chipotle Ranch was laughable. I paid extra and was given what looked like half a tablespoon—actually ridiculous (see photo if you’re browsing reviews).
• Since I wasn’t there in person, I couldn’t watch them make the bowl. I received FIVE chunks of chicken. That’s not an exaggeration—it’s just unacceptable.
• I ordered a “large” bag of chips, and while the bag was large, the actual amount of chips inside was barely a handful (see photo if you’re browsing reviews). Definitely not worth the upcharge.
I don’t know if this order was a flop because I used the app or because it was around 8 PM and they were cutting corners to make it to closing—but either way, it’s not okay.
Chipotle, you’re better than this. I’ll be sticking to in-person orders from now on to make sure I get what I pay for.

Absolutely disgusting the rest of the table look way worse. Honestly after seeing the table I didn’t even want to order a bowl anymore. The queso was dried out and finished table a mess service was mid.

I think the photo speaks for itself. There are many other chipotles in the area with better ratings. I don’t know what is wrong with this one but this makes me doubt that the kitchen is clean and sanitary.

Dirty chipotle with bad customer service. I’m a big fan of chipotle food but I would never step foot into this facility again. I’m not one to do bad reviews but the atmosphere and customer service could use major improvements. I love chipotle and I hate that this place ruins the experience for many. I took my family for the first time and it is safe to say they now hate chipotle because of the experience, they were so rushed that they were not able to see their options, I was forced to order for them because the staff had no patience or good manners.

I cannot believe how horrible my service was today . They threw my food in the bowl like it was garbage. Every working tat was there just took turns throwing the food. I purchased 3 bowls and 1 Izze drink . I paid 20.01 for the first 2 bowls then 3.45 for the dink. And 10.00 for the last bowl. I cannot believe how rude these young people are in this establishment. Had the worst experience picking up an order last night from this location. The manger just ignored persons trying to pick up orders. He was packing out orders without taking the time to give out the orders. He continued to ignore everyone waiting. If this is the manger customer service training I don’t expect much from the others. Waited 45 minutes to pick up an order that was already packed out. Hope the owner deals with this behavior accordingly
