This chipotle is deeply committed to having the absolute worst order pickup experience in the entire nation. And they are succeeding! Picking up an order here is just slightly worse than having 3 root canals on the same day. I really appreciate the dummy order pickup shelf that makes it look like there might be an orderly pickup procedure. There is no such procedure, only an endless hellscape of DoorDash drivers crowding the kitchen asking for their orders. Why? Because this location has inexplicably chosen to hide their orders behind lock and key and force people to jostle their way to doorway and beg for their order

The foods good. The staff loads up the burritos and bowls. If your patient this place is fine. The downside is lack of management. Its pleasant to see the amount of food but unpleasant to see rude faces or resting faces as you order. Almost like there hating to serve you. Lol I dont mind cause my son loves the place. I just see lack of communication and sad faces from the employees. Atmosphere could be better. I never dine in at this location. Hope it gets better operational wise.

Horribly dirty. Zero accountability. Spoke with manager who declined to give his name. I nicely inquired why the place is so dirty. He claimed he is short staffed. I asked if thats acceptable. No response. No interest in stepping outside to see the dining area conditions.
I advised that I will return in an hour to see if he is taking it seriously. Upon returning, store barely had a person in line. Mens bathroom: 2 empty rolls of toilet paper, no hand towels.
Soda station and vicinity: a mess. Garbage cans overflowing and spread over the floor. Not a table cleaned in the time I was there and until my return. I’m seriously concerned what’s happening behind the scenes.
Follow up to owner response: It appears that your response is generic. Being that the cleanliness reviews are consistent. I feel that addressing the issue direct is useless. Pictures speak for themselves. I sincerely feel that the public would rather have you voice your response publicly, and share how management intends to remediate and retain public confidence. I’m looking forward to your personalized response and action plan to a public concern.Thanks!

I asked for Soft Flour Tortilla and clearly got hard. Where on my receipt does it say tomatoes? It don’t, but I found two on my tacos. I have an allergy to tomatoes. Girl in the front was more enthusiastic to make herself heard that money came in. Line was out the door and only 1 person was making the food on the line. All online orders weren’t even on the shelf as promised, they were all in the bad. Poor management and organization at this location. Won’t return.

This location has really deteriorated. Was just there and ALL of the garbage cans are overflowing. Staff not happy to see you or attend to you. There has been multiple times where items have run out and they don’t care to refill. Place is super dirty. The juice blend fountain drinks were all out. It’s a shame. I’ve been coming here since they opened due to the close proximity of my office, and have seen the demise of not only the service but the quality of the food and cleanliness.

DON’T COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE!

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had in a restauran.
Since chipotle is only letting you order quesadilla online, I ordered through the app and then it instructed me to pay at the counter since they were having trouble with the payments. I wanted a side of barbacoa so I made the line and order my 2 sides of barbacoa. Which by the way, were very small portions served on the smaller cup.

When I approached the cashier I specifically told her “I’m paying for the barbacoa and I also have an online order of a cheese quesadilla which appeared as ready on the app”.

I payed a total of 11.24 dollars. I was waiting on the quesadilla Then I remembered that I needed a side of sour cream and asked her to charge me for that.

Once I was going to pay for the SOUR CREAM, I saw the screen was charging me for 9 dollars and something, so as any rational person would have done, asked her how come a side of sour cream was 9 dollars and then, that’s when she said that she hadn’t charge me for the quesadilla before. That when I asked her, “okay so what were the 11.24 dollars I just payed for” and she just stayed silent and pointed at the screen for me to pay. And i asked her “what was that pointing supposed to mean?”

I asked her again if she could explain to me what were de 11.24 for cause I didn’t know two small sides of barbacoa where that expensive, and that’s when the RUDEST and most DISRESPECTFUL manager came and he didn’t even asked me what had happen or asked me what was my issue (as any manager would have done, cause I have worked at multiple restaurants and learned that) he started to say a bunch of things at me and I told him “can you please let me speak and let you know what is my issue” and he said “no, I am speaking and you can’t come here telling the cashier to explain you something that it’s on the receipt” a many other things and I told him, “I was asking her to explain what were the 11.24 dollars for…” and my situation and he said “well it’s clear on the receipt” and as I was looking for the receipt he pull it out of the bag with my order. I again told him I was just asking her to explain me the charge, that what was the issue with that, I just wanted to know what was the charge for. Also, how come the cashier didn’t checked first that I needed to pay for the quesadilla¿?

Then I just say “you know what, it seems you are not listening to me, I’ll just pay” and he went into the back and started to say many awful things about me out loud so not only the coworkers could hear, but also the other costumers.

I recorded the conversation in voice memos to have proof that I was never mean to him or the cashier and that he was the one being disrespectful while I was just trying to let him know what was my issue. Google is not letting me upload them here.

I also wanted to complain about the unsanitary environment they had at the kitchen, there were gloves, cups, food all over the place, it looked like sanitation is the last concern at this Chipotle.

As pretty common, there was a long line to order the food, but it took extremely long time to get through it. It took us 50 minutes (7:50pm to 8:40pm on Nov 26th) to get to order… The problem was that the kitchen ran out of white rice. TWICE. During the time in the line. The line was put on hold for 15 minutes each time, which frustrated the heck of most people. I refuse to believe it is that hard to cook enough rice. I would go somewhere else if it was for my daughter convincing me to stay in the line…

Dont order any of the steak on Ubereats lol. They only use the disgusting left over chewy cartilage parts for the delivery orders. Literally every single piece is nasty chewy cartilage of the order i just had. Experienced this multiple times at this location. No longer a fan
