Terrible employees! They can’t fulfill my order. I came to have lunch with a family of three, and I had to queue up three times to order food for each member of my family! And to pay for my order, I had to get back in a new queue and wait for the cashier to let other people through! I don’t speak English well, is that really the problem? I am very upset because we were not given our food and the whole family left hungry!

I love chipotle! I’ve seen people complain about the portion sizes but tbh I thought it was more than enough. I got full after eating just over half, and the quality of the meal was just like the other branches I’ve tried.

I just picked up an order I submitted online the people who made my order did an excellent job. I don’t know who the lady at the register was but she made a big deal about me asking for salt and lime with my order by actually leaving the register to tell the not to give it to me. After she said that they don’t have it. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to say that your busy and wouldn’t like to slow things down with that request but I know they have it, I have got it before at this location and if there was an option for me to request it online I would have gladly requested that way. I don’t know what to the issue is but I can recognize overworked underpaid when I see it. The company/ owners/ managers have the ability to improve conditions pay workers a better wage through these tight time, or staff appropriately I hope something changes soon. The service just keeps slowly getting worse I don’t eat out often I enjoyed my food as I’m eating it while writing this but I urge who ever reads this to find a way to support the staff to help better customer service.

WORST chipotle EVER!!!!! I usually go to the Weston location but today I was in this area. It was dirty. My mom ordered a vegggie bowl but they had no veggies and still charged her full price… I barely got any chicken in my burrito. The absolute worst part was how rude the employees are!!!!! Never been treated so badly at a restaurant and they literally were throwing all the toppings on peoples bowls which made everything splatter all over the countertop…

The staff in this place are rude and slow! 3 of the staff were on their phones and when we checked out the guy picked up a call and was being unprofessional. No reason why chipotle should take above 15-20 minutes when its basically empty.

Worst I’ve visited. They didn’t have salsa, corn, onions, or lettuce 1 hour and 2 minutes before they were closing. Employees made no effort to prepare additional food for customers. Employees didn’t care. Based on all the similar reviews, management and corporate doesn’t care too much.

The unfriendly manager is ignorant about what the kids menu brings, and prices. Headquarter Corporation needs to pay a visit to the store ASAP, and do a training of customer service skills, and menu items prices to their employees especially the one that is at the register, so customers get good service experience , and don’t get overcharged or undercharged.

This chipotle may be one of the worst ones we’ve ever been to. Many times when we go they are trying to close early and stop making food well before the time is that they are closing. Today we tried to order chicken and they kept telling us it wouldn’t bs ready for 20 mins. How does chipotle not have chicken constantly cooking? I’ve never seen that before.
We said we would wait and then we asked for black beans and they said they had no more of that neither and it was cooking. Then another lady walked up to order fritas and they said they weren’t making anymore for the night. There was still an hour left before closing! We ended up ordering one bowl for my son and leaving without my chicken because they took the chicken off and then no one was cutting it. Will not come back to eat here!
