I’m honestly really disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. This location has seriously gone downhill. First off, the dining area was filthy. Almost every table had crumbs, spills, or leftover food on it. I had to wipe down my own table with napkins because no one was cleaning them, even though there weren’t that many people dining in. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in hours, and the drink station was sticky and messy.
On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller than usual. The employee gave me tiny scoops of rice and chicken, and I had to ask for a normal portion. Even then, it barely filled the bowl. For how much prices have increased, you’d expect consistency at the very least. My food also wasn’t hot — it was lukewarm like it had been sitting out.
The staff didn’t seem welcoming or attentive. Everyone looked irritated, and the service felt rushed. No one checked the dining area, no one restocked lids or napkins, and the whole experience just felt neglected.
I used to really enjoy coming to Chipotle, but between the dirty tables, small portions, and poor service, it’s not worth the money anymore. Management seriously needs to step it up because this location does not reflect the standards you’d expect.

On Saturday 1/24 – A line of people and there was 1 teenager serving us. Another was in and out of the bathroom and filling online orders. Two women were in the back doing whatever. That boy is going to go far and be successful. He was cool as a cucumber and made our meals great!

I just grabbed a chicken bowl at this place, and honestly, before I even talk about the food, I’ve got to say the whole restaurant was a mess. While I was waiting in line, I noticed food all over the floor, tables were really dirty like, seriously gross and their drink and cutlery station was full of trash everywhere. The servers didn’t seem to care at all, no hairnets, just looking fed up and unhappy. I decided to be brave and clean off a table and bench before sitting down. Then, I take my first bite and, guess what? A long hair comes out of my mouth. I was so embarrassed because ppl around me saw me doing so. I was SO grossed out I couldn’t eat anymore, but I didn’t want to cause a scene or make a big deal. I just threw it away and left. That’s how my experience went. I complained to Chipotle and after they asked for a lot of information the response was, we can’t help you.

We are vegetarians. Came late at night 1 hour before closing. Let’s just say, it was not good.
Employees weren’t happy to be there, everything was done and I just got a ton of beans juice and vegetables juice and a very unhappy lettuce, and the guacamole just barf. The only thing I got lots of was the cheese.
I was very disappointed with this visit, which might just make it my last one.
I paid fill price for this disgusting meal. Maybe I’m better off at Zona Fresca or Taco Bell.
Not sure I’ll be back.

Whomever the manager of this location is, should be fired. Currently the meat special is Carne Asada. Guess what- at least HALF of the time I come in, they’re out of it. Sometimes not even cooking any, sometimes in the middle of cooking it- but it’s not available regardless. How are you NOT aware that you’re running out of your special, ever? Then they also don’t have the red chimichurri somehow. How???? That’s also a special. The lazy, extremely unfriendly employees are too lazy to put the chimichurri into the little containers- that’s why. They run out of ice, out of tobacco, various fountain drink syrups will be out. The trash will be piled up. Tables nasty.
It’s ridiculous, Chipotle corporate either needs to step in here and force management changes in this store, or force it to close.

Come to this chipotle frequently and they are always out of something or the quality is not what you’d expect from a brand that prides themselves with only “fresh” ingredients. The customer service is terrible. This time we came at 9 but they are open till 11. 2 hours till close and they are bare bones on everything. The new feature of chimichuri front and center on the board when you walk in. Oh not at this location. Guacamole not available but on the take out line it is. The restaurant itself is always unclean in the seating area with boxes and miscellaneous garbage everywhere. I’d stay far away from this location as I will be and honestly it just needs to be shut down and replaced with a Moes or a Qdoba.

Food always taste good most chipotles are not clean but this one is even though some items are not their the food is still fresh and clean, one time i ordered here and i didnt ask for a drink they gave me a free drink. The lady at the register was to busy playing around with the other employees and giving more attention in the customer so she put my order in wrong. I was trying to use my reward and ended up being charged for the whole meal, she didn’t care
