Chipotle Mexican Grill is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Miami or New York. I don’t know how they do it, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The service is always quick, the food is consistent, and even though they sometimes add new items here and there, the menu stays familiar enough that you know exactly what you’re getting and the quality is the same no matter which branch you walk into.
My bowl is basically a ritual at this point: brown or white rice (depending on the mood), always beans, and without fail, guacamole and cheese. They never miss. I’ve also been getting into their drinks lately. One of my favourites was this juice blend with turmeric, cardamom, and orange. And if you like something a bit fruity and refreshing, the Agua Berry Fresca is lovely too, with apple cider vinegar, strawberry, and pomegranate.
All in all, I’d absolutely recommend Chipotle to anyone.

We visited this location today for lunch. The food tasted great. The service was pretty fast but the lady making our food was pretty stingy on the salsa and kept telling us every salsa was spicy. We know… That’s why we come here and why we like it. It’s not that spicy. Then she offered a vinaigrette but only gave me half a container. In terms of cleanliness, the bathrooms were okay except for mirrors and floors, and they were almost out of soap. We ate outside and some the tables were dirty.

I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle location. Most of the tables were dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition — the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my son, and the experience was disappointing. The staff told me they couldn’t put meat inside the quesadilla, which is unusual. Instead, they served a plain cheese quesadilla with the chicken on the side. This has never been an issue at other Chipotle locations, where I’ve been served fully prepared quesadillas with more flexibility on the sides. Overall, the cleanliness and service here fell short of expectations.

Im a chipotle lover but today i had the worse experience at chipotle, i got here at 9:20pm they closed at 10. First I wanted carnitas, they didn’t have vegetables and carnitas and refused to make them, when i got the line the guy serving was Putting a lot of everything without even listening to what i was asking. I don’t expect great service from chipotle but today’s service was horrible. After we got our bowls we couldn’t find a clean table all of them were dirty and there were only two people in the restaurant. I was craving chipotle badly bad definitely I didn’t enjoy as usual even though the food was good as always. It seems to me there is not management overseeing their poor attitude employees.

I came in with my wife just after 6 pm and every table was dirty. Not one had been wiped down. I told the employee that all the tables were dirty and he said he was busy. I cleaned my own table with Purell and a napkin. My wife sat down to eat her food. It is now 6:36 pm and no one has cleaned the tables. The same employee had time to chat on their phone.

Very clean, everything in order and above all the attention, highlight the attention of a lady who was nearby at the payment box, who spoke English and a little Spanish and was very professional, pleasant and attentive to the request, the truth is that we have to highlight when you find such special staff anywhere.

I used to come here when it open and now I’m back after months of not eating at this location. The quality of the place as far as maintenance if very poor. Counter was full of food, floor had food and dirty, most tables weren’t cleaned and the garbage outside was overflowing.

I had a very frustrating experience at this place. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 12 p.m., but when I arrived a little earlier, my order was not among the prepared ones. Since there were many people and the app still showed it as “pending,” I decided to sit and wait, which seemed like the most logical thing to do.
However, an employee with blue hair and dark skin spoke to me in a rude and public manner, questioning why I had sat down instead of asking about my order. I believe she had no reason to question my actions, especially since I hadn’t even spoken to her, and certainly not in front of other customers. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation that ruined the experience. The lack of respect and professionalism makes me not want to return.
