Since I’m naturally a cheerful person and a fan of unique experiences, I decided to visit the Chipottle location at 14776 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, after reading several reviews that highlighted poor customer service as some sort of local attraction. And let me tell you — they did not disappoint. From the very first moment, the service was everything they promised: unenthusiastic, dryly charming, and with a level of miscommunication worthy of a museum. A true delight for those who enjoy feeling ignored and confused at the same time.
Of course, I kept smiling — nothing like testing your good mood against the worst service imaginable. And yes, test passed. They didn’t wipe the smile off my face, but they definitely earned the title of “the worst location I’ve visited in all the states I’ve been to across the U.S.”
If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like a bother, where courtesy is non-existent and human warmth is a myth, this is the one. I’ve done my time. I’m not coming back to this location — not even if they paid me in burritos.
That said, as bad as the service was, I have to admit the food quality is good and the ingredients are fresh.
I got a business card from a guy named Héctor Corona (Field Leader). It would be great if this review reaches him and serves as constructive criticism. With a little self-reflection, there’s still time to improve.

I walked into the location at 10:30 PM, well before closing time. I asked for a burrito, but the employee was busy with the tortilla warmer. He pointed at it and told me he couldn’t make my burrito because the machine was turned sideways. I’m no expert on tortilla machines, so I had no clue what that meant. He offered no alternative, didn’t try another method (do it in the kitchen where they have another one), and I was the only customer there. I left, ordered online, and in five minutes picked up a burrito, oddly from the same place, now working fine. Was this laziness, or phone addiction? Either way, terrible service and zero effort to help.

I am very disappointed in this chipotle!!!!! I usually go to this location because I like it here, Today night shift women employees were very rude for absolutely no reason. I get the workers work very hard and are extremely tired as they get long lines. Today was unacceptable you have a night shift employees grown adult women at 8:00 P.m no one was talking to her addressing her with any help or anything when I addressed her co worker over a mistake I made with my food the lady standing next to her made a nasty mean mugging face mind you I didn’t speak to her at all!!!! I wasn’t rude to her co worker just asked if she can fix my order because I made a mistake I didn’t think it was to much of a big deal especially for the facial expression that she made at me then proceeded to look at my minor daughter crazy. I didn’t disrespect either women for the grown women to make a face like she was going to do something to me this is ridiculous!!!!! I don’t know chipotle hires aggressive women go no women mind you, no cursing or yelling took place no derogatory remarks were expressed so I don’t understand that attitude never again ridiculous!!!!!!!

I went with a friend and the line moved very quickly. You can choose with meat or chicken or without for vegetarians. This was my first time eating a burrito at this chain and it turned out to be an interesting combination of ingredients. The taste was unusually good, but in the evening my stomach hurt until the morning. My body is not used to interfering with so many things I gave good grades, but I won’t be able to come anymore

The food quality has gone down. I use to love their steak. Now, it’s cooked until it’s dry and chewy. If you go after 4pm, expect super long wait times. One person may be on the line preparing meals and one on the register with 10 people in line. I almost forgot to mention that towards the end of 2025, the ice machine was broken for weeks, with no signage as you enter or on the ice machine. However, they’d tell you after you ordered your meal. Do BETTER Chipotle!

We got there and saw the kitchen completely dirty…. Chicken ran out and when we asked the lady said wait about 8-10 mins when the guy just started cutting and cooking…..Are you kidding me? The guacamole was already brown and when the guy tried bringing new refill still brown….I didn’t even feel like eating it honestly. Worst customer service ever they don’t care of how this place looks to customers. We will be going to aventura location from here on.
