Chipotle is a good fast food spot. It’s a little pricey, but the food quality and staff service are great. The burrito bowl is a good sized portion and can be enough for two meals. The queso blanco is always a must and goes well with anything you order! You will definitely feel full that’s for sure.

So I revisited my neighborhood chipotle just to see if maybe they could redeem themselves from my last horrible experience. Boy was I wrong. My experience this time was worse than the first time. First of all I waited 20 minutes in line just to be told that they had nothing that I wanted. One hour before closing. And then the manager‘s response was sorry with the shoulder shrug. I believe this is the root of the issues at this location. But I digress. Number to the restaurant was absolutely filthy. I witnessed multiple customers having to clean their own tables. Pictures have been provided. My belief is that management nonchalant attitude at this location has filtered down throughout the staff and through the restaurant. I really like this restaurant chain. I will be returning and providing a positive or negative experience review on all platforms. Do better chipotle

Not sure where to even start. We were greeted with eye rolls. Asked for plain white rice and the lady caught an attitude and then asked who else will want white rice, I guess to avoid walking to wherever they keep it, several times. I was then asking for the toppings I wanted on my dish and when I asked for extra cheese, a female named Alicia started yelling, and said “GIVE ME A CHANCE, IMMA GIVE YOU EXTRA”. I then asked her, “wait, are you screaming at me??”, this then upset her more apparently and the first female to give us attitude about the rice then got involved and they both started saying God knows what under their breaths (sounded like curse words). The Alicia girl then proceeded to close my order up in foil (was never asked if it was “to-go” or for “dine-in”; it was to dine in), but she proceeded to close the foil and then I explained I wasn’t done adding toppings. This is when they both mumbled more curse words and the initial rude one went back to get someone else while yelling “UH UH NAH, SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS TO HELP THESE xxxxx xxxx”. This third person, who I’m assuming they complained about us to, came to help us and was very polite. She finished our order and we were good to go. God has a sense of humor though, because they were apparently not comfortable, or lacking energy to help my family of four, but when we sat to eat our food, approximately 60 soldiers (from, I’m assuming, a nearby army base) entered and they were making orders to keep them busy for at least an hour or two. Terrible experience.

So this is the second time I’ve ordered ahead and payed for EXTRA barbacoa in both of my burrito bowls and got LESS than a regular portion. I’ve paid $4 extra for each bowl and Baiscally getting a meatless bowl and I don’t find out until I get home. this is super annoying because if I was standing there in person it wouldn’t happen

Definitely hit or miss at this location. Last time I ordered from here, the chicken, rice and salsa in my burrito bowl were bland, no flavor. This time around, my bowl was half empty.
