I passed away today and this is my ghost writing this review to make sure it doesn’t happen to anybody else. This location serves Moths as extra protein in their bowls, I also believe they charged me extra for it. It was so disgusting I decided the best option was to immediately pass away. Also they will offer you more food as a resolution instead of a refund and I can’t die twice so no thanks.

Food was fine, but take out took way too long. We ordered at 8pm to pick up at 8:20 and the food wasn’t ready until 8:50pm. It would’ve been faster if we just ordered in the store. Also, we paid for double protein and there was barely any chicken. Extremely slow and poor service when ordering take out.

It’s a shame this Chipotle isn’t better because I live so close to it, and I would be a more regular customer if they made a better effort in keeping things stocked. They are always out of one thing or another. I came early January and again now late January and they still don’t have ice. How are you out of ice for a month or more? They should offer the cold drinks at a discount or free if they’re not going to give you the whole value of their product. The employees don’t even offer to let you wait for them to restock whatever they have out at the time (always something). I’d be willing to wait for fajita veggies to be restocked but they just tell you straight up that they don’t have. They also never know when they will restock something. The employee today said they didn’t know what was going on with the ice. Leadership is clearly lacking in this location, where they can’t even communicate why they don’t have something to their own employees.

Came in for a quick bite holiday rush on a Saturday there were two young people upfront working alone that did an incredible job with a smile. Despite the fact that was a long line and they were handling the register and the food alone big shout out to them. I’m going back in to get their names

I love chipotle, always excited to get it but honestly, this one was a worst of all the ones I visited.
Service didn’t just look like they didn’t want to be there but they looked at me like I am the problem of the day for them. Asking for extra rice sounded like a biggest chore to them. I get it that people have a bad days but cmon.
Besides that , food was tragic! Just tragic! I never write reviews so that says a lot. Rice was mushy and dry in the same time, meat tasted like it’s been sitting there for days and nothing had any flavor to it. Just over all bad bad.
Good old Chipotle days are over people.

I have been to this location multiple times since moving to south Miami. Location was clean, bathrooms were clean. I showed up 20 minutes before my order was promised on the app and every one was friendly.
If you don’t know Miami customer service is hit or miss… this chipotle has been consistent!

Very kind staff! My favorite location because of this! The oldest woman that always works the assembly line is a sweetheart! We should be more kind i get wanting extra addings but these employees are just doing their job as directed… 10/10 would recommend best chipotle location!

Best in the area and superior to the other Chipotles around, consistently tasty, quick and organized. People seem to be well trained.
At peak times will get busy and the line seems longer than it takes or the bins might get too full but nothing crazy.

Not sure if the young woman with the light curly hair in a ponytail and glasses at the register is selectively mute, but not speaking to the customer and letting your coworker do all the talking is not a good look. Loved the service from the older ladies who work there!
