I placed an order for pick up at this location. I picked it up and as soon as I took my first bite I almost swallowed a piece of plastic that was inside the burrito. Took it back and they had it remade but I feel like it is a hazard. And they didn’t even give me. refund they just remade it. The workers just acted like it was normal. Jus beware if you eat a burrito I guess.

I finished working at 10:30pm this was one of the only places still open luckily for me, it’s my favorite place to eat when I am on the road.
I came in and everybody was working. The place was very, very clean, including the men’s bathroom, and of course, the food was delicious as always. I also appreciated the well lighted parking behind the building.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Coming from a chipotle enthusiast this is by far my favorite spot in the neighborhood. Compared to the other 7 locations within 3 miles from me, none of them compare. Employees are always doing a great job. Place is spotless every time I go. (2x a week). The food quality is there. For someone who eats chipotle at least every single week and have been to many different locations. I promise you I’ve never went out of my way to write a good review, but this place deserves it, especially seeing such low rating. Whoever the manager is keep up the great work & know that you’re killing it. This place deserves an average of 4.5 stars minimum.

Chipotle in Miami was not a great experience. This was my bowl. For $11, I did not expect to leave hungry. Very little food. Hardly any cheese. Sadly, the employees did not seem to want to be there. They just wanted to get rid of us. I always look forward to having Agua Fresca. There was none. They did not even apologize for not having any. And did not seem to want to refill. At was around 6 pm when we ate there.

Coming here for a couple years now. Most professional Chipotle in the city. Staff are the best(even if you can see they are having a bad day they will put on a smile when they turn to you or reluctantly offer extra dressing when they didnt have to). The food is consistant and MOST IMPORTANT the portions are legit.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this experience was honestly terrible. The food quality was unacceptable. The sour cream looked spoiled and had an off texture, almost like it was starting to go rotten. The corn was sitting in a puddle of water and tasted bland and soggy instead of fresh. Overall, the entire meal looked and felt poorly prepared and unappetizing.
For the price Chipotle charges, I expect at least fresh ingredients and properly handled food. Very disappointed with this order — won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

The food is expensive and everything was spicy when no one ordered anything spicy. The bowls came with less food then before and they had no lids for the drinks. The ROI of coming here no longer makes it worth the hassle.

I came today 01/17/2026 at 9:30 pm and they close at 11pm they had nothing on the shelf to offer all they had was chicken. And the girl serving the food was so hostile and rude that I almost walk out but I was so hungry that I just didn’t care. They had pico and sour cream that it. Worse chipotle I ever been in my intire life.
