This is a great Chipotle! Clean and delicious. Best I have had in a long time. Ask for Khalean- she is the burrito queen and you’ll thank me.

The staff works hard here. Some could improve their attitude but most were accommodating especially our kids with allergies. Food is healthy and delicious. Simple menu. There are seats outside beside the mini-lake—nicer setting to sit outside

I never review chains, but my god, this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at (and we typically go at least once a week.) Last week was our last and final time with this location. The ingredients are never stocked—ever. Last time, I had to wait 10 minutes for the honey chipotle chicken, and then another 10 when they realized they’re out of peppers and onions. The people at the register never know what they’re doing, and all the employees (especially the manager with the blonde hair) ALWAYS have an attitude.

Don’t even get me started on how full the trash bins always are and they NEVER have napkins/silverware in stock.

Travel the few extra miles to the next closest location because this location is not it—and corporate doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it.

Walked in right up to the counter and they genuinely ignored me, when I finally did get help they were rude and acted irritated that I was there. They took forever to make my food as well which is almost impressive considering they make it right in front of you. I’m never coming here again.

I work nearby this location and order often online for pick-up, usually outside of lunch rush hours but occasionally during. On average, my orders are only correct maybe 50% of the time, and even though I place orders for online pick-up, I always have to wait for a staff member to attend to me because they don’t use the pick-up windows, or they purposefully turn the labels toward the kitchen so you can’t effectively use the grab and go option. I’ve resorted to ordering kids meals for their simplicity and small portions in an attempt to prevent further disappointment since Chipotle has always been one of my preferred lunch options, and this location still only gets it right about 50% of the time – and then customer service doesn’t want to provide assistance because it’s not a full-priced adult entree.

Ordering a quesadilla and receiving cold, empty tortillas when I was stressed and really looking forward to a warm lunch has been the disappointment that drives me to even bother leaving a review.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service, attitude, and lack of sanitary practices I experienced at your Waterford location on 7/14/25.

I arrived at approximately 9:12 PM well before the posted 10:00 PM closing time only to be told immediately by your employee, Alexis, that there was no steak, chicken, or honey chicken available. She also mentioned that “everything is being cleaned and put away,” clearly meant to discourage any further customer orders, despite the restaurant still being open.

When I asked if more meat could be cooked, Alexis told me “no” because they close at 10. A manager in a polo shirt with blonde hair then stepped in and, with visible attitude, stated it would take 30 minutes to prepare honey chicken again, without offering a solution or expressing any concern for customer service.

To make matters worse, this same manager was visibly handling and cooking chicken while also touching her phone in front of customers, without changing gloves. This is a serious violation of food safety and sanitation protocols. Where is the oversight?

This type of service and behavior should be of concern to the general manager and franchisee. During the short time I was there, approximately 7 paying customers were turned away due to unavailable food and dismissive staff. That’s not just a service failure it’s a loss of business and revenue.

A location that advertises being open until 10:00 PM should be ready to serve customers with courtesy and proper food handling until closing not refuse service, display poor attitude, and ignore basic hygiene procedures.

Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning to this location. I hope this message prompts immediate attention and corrective action.

The food was okay, nothing special; just the average chipotle, the place had no napkins, the trash cans were overflowing, and the workers said they didn’t have an ingredient as we saw them put that ingredient on an online order. Eventually a nicer, male member stepped in and gave us the ingredients, but all the ladies had an attitude. Then the original lady who was giving us our food looked visibly angry about him giving us the ‘missing’ item. Awful experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Great setting, clean establishment, food was fresh. I visit Chipotle’s at least 2-3 times a week and this location deserved this review. Well done, and the had their entire team working together for fast service even when the line was out the door !

I will be returning to this location.

I went to chipotle today and left EXTREMELY disappointed. I walked in and asked for one taco and a large flour tortilla. The woman that was attending me was a blonde woman with her hair picked up in a low bun about 5’3 or 5’4 with a tattoo on her right wrist. I did not catch her name. My order was made fine and I got to the register and I asked the cashier (different employee) for the flour tortilla. She then walked over to the blonde woman that was originally making my order and told her this. She made a bit of a face but reluctantly wrapped a small flour tortilla for me. I apologetically told the cashier “I’m so sorry, I believe she‘s preparing me a small one. I wanted a large tortilla.” The cashier goes back and tells the blonde woman this and she starts throwing a FIT. She got extremely angry and started rambling and making large gestures toward the cashier. She was a bit far from my line of hearing but all I heard was her saying “ONE TORTILLA.” She angrily wrapped up my tortilla and I paid, which then led to me looping back to the beginning of the line to talk to her. I told her “I saw the way you were speaking about me wanting that tortilla and I really didn’t appreciate that. Just so you know.” And all she said was “That’s fine.” So I stood there for a second and waited for anything else she might say, but nothing. No apology for speaking about me like that within my line of sight, no sympathies, NOTHING. That was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I’ve worked food service before and I know that ANY respectable business would never allow for their employees to treat any of their customers this way. I approached this situation very calmly and did not cause any kind of trouble to these workers just for me to not even get an apology? Come on. This left me extremely displeased and upset and I will definitely think twice before visiting this location if these are the standards you uphold for your workers.
