Terrible customer service. Whoever is doing the hiring here needs to tighten up, the two girls in the front doing the line are extremely rude. Getting mad for working isn’t the customers fault. Do better. Guac also had avocado skin in it.

The employee at the register was very rude and ripped the cash from my hand. He also threw the food on the counter when my sister was trying to take it from him. He was so disrespectful. My burrito was also poorly wrapped as you can see on the photo looking at the bottom of the burrito. Worst burrito I’ve ever had. I will never go back to this location ever again. Hire better employees.

Honestly this is becoming a review of chipotle as a whole but I know not every franchisee is the same. Chipotle has seriously dropped in quality year after year and the food you get is more and more atrocious. The amount of meat I got at this location was equivalent to that of a slap in the face. I’d have been more fed with a granola bar and a glass of milk. A rice bowl with beans is not worth $11-15. Service is fine, I know it’s not their choice.

I genuinely love Chipotle, but my recent visit to this location has made me seriously question returning. The restaurant was extremely unsanitary. The kitchen floor, as well as the cutting and cooking areas, were visibly dirty, with food waste and crumbs scattered throughout. It was upsetting and unpleasant to witness.
I was so disturbed by the conditions that I regret not having my phone with me to take photos. However, the level of uncleanliness was impossible to miss and should be addressed immediately. Additionally, the staff appeared disengaged and indifferent to the state of the restaurant.
This experience left me genuinely worried about food safety, and I sincerely hope I do not experience any health issues as a result. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure this location meets the cleanliness and professionalism standards Chipotle is known for.

awful location. always out of something and what they’re not out of is disgusting. guac is flavorless and made with unripe avocados. quesadillas don’t ever taste right. my biggest complaint is the chipotle honey vinaigrette. when they actually HAVE it, it’s made completely incorrectly i’m talking like 95% of it is just oil. tastes horrific and leaves a nasty oily residue in your mouth. y’all need a refresher on how to make your food bc it doesn’t even taste like chipotle atp

You guys need to hire employees that actually smile and say hello back when I say hello, the black girl upfront serving us is very rude mind you they just opened! How are you already mad. Also the guac is TERRIBLE! Whoever is making it needs to stop and put the normal amounts of ingredients to it because it’s overpowering of lime in it and throws the whole thing off. Anyways do better Chipotle, hire employees that actually smile and employees that follow the simple ingredients when making guac!

Serious question, do you guys get paid more for being stingy with Uber Eats portions? I’ve had chipotle for years and this location consistently fills the bowls as if they’re feeding a goldfish and not an actual human spending $15+ per bowl. Ultimately, I guess it’s our fault for being optimistic and continuing to order from you guys. Won’t be making that mistake again.
