lots of Flies.. Very Low Low Maintenance as Far as the Cleaning Goes . Fountain Drinks Dispenser is Extremely Dirty Rusty And Old . Never ever Been Cleaned.. This Store Needs to be Inspected immediately..

The food here has always been decent, and most of the time the line moves fairly quick. The food is tasty and they are well stocked. The place is always kinda clean and the staff is willing to accommodate your order however you need it.

This location has become incredibly terrible. The burrito size is the size of a children’s burrito. Attached is a picture with burritos next to a fork to give you a size comparison. I go to multiple locations and this is the ONLY location who skims customers and always forgets to put guacamole and or messes up the order by adding dried out jerky tasting steak instead of chicken along with messing up other ingredients in burritos. So disappointing!!! Will go to other locations going forward!

Very aggressive and petty the lady serving the food, I get it, is late, you want to go home but don’t serve me such small portions. And then when I ask more just throw a scoop of extra white rice when I meant meat. In the end paid $17 almost $18. Not worth my money, sorry. Bad location and bad attention

After waiting for 20 minutes in line I was told they don’t have steak. No problem, how long? I don’t mind waiting.
No we don’t have any at all is what I was told.
I understand things happen but a manager or someone should have been feeling guests in the line that they were out of a main protein item.
Had I known I would not have waited in line.
I settled on chicken which I’ve never ordered but at that point after work and just wanting to get home I settled.
I order chipotle from the location on university in Davie 2x a week and have NEVER had such terrible service and food.

The girl that was working the front tonight must’ve been new and did not know the menu well. I ordered a kids quesadilla and when I requested 3 sides she said it only came with two. So I left with 2 sides and when I got home I open my food and there’s one lonely little taco. My 2 year old was still hungry obviously after eating one tiny taco and rice. I never write bad reviews but this is unacceptable when ordering food and the worker doesn’t even know the menu. Ps. The taco order comes with TWO tacos not one.

Came in on Jan. 18th at 4:35. I frequent this location a lot and usually have no issue. However, there is a new girl that seems to make a habit out of ignoring people. Today will have been twice now that she has taken my order and then deliberately made some else’s on top of it as if I weren’t even there, when I brought it to her attention she got rude with me and then proceeded to make my order opposite of what I asked for. I refuse to spend my money at this location any further and will be taking my business to the Chipotle on university. I have no idea what her name is or I would drop it here, she’s terrible and this location needs to vet their staff better.

Welcome to ripoff country 101. Best Chipotle is not charging extra even for condiments. This business is a total rip-off the soda machines have no soda in it and the employees only know how to talk back. Avoid this location at every cost. No wonder this location has less and less queue and the other location has more people because it has a much better friendly service.

I had a weird experience at this location today. I ordered a salad , a burrito, chip /guacamole and was told there was no dressing, so I said I didn’t need the salad anymore. One employee responded, “it’s not that serious,” which felt unnecessary and rude. Then, out of nowhere, another employee pulled out a dressing after all. The same lady handed me the dressing with an attitude, and honestly it made me uncomfortable — I didn’t even feel safe eating it after that. It wasn’t about the dressing, it was about the attitude . Customer service could definitely be better.
