Went here to pick up dinner on Friday. This is a brand new location I believe. The restaurant was clean. Upon entering it is clear to see the restaurant is understaffed and the they are overwhelmed. Very few customers, none with any complicated orders. There was a line because the staff is also juggling online orders. The portions served were also small. Issues could be solved with better management. Still one of the cleaner Chipotle locations I’ve been to. The staff was somewhat friendly considering the stressful circumstances. Especially with online drivers constantly walking up to the register DEMANDING their order. I felt the pressure waiting in line.

The service from the food servers is terrible; they are rude.
They served me beans scraped from the bottom of the pan, barely anything, and only half a portion. When I asked if there was more, they said no.
On the other hand, the staff at the register, especially the cashiers, were very kind and attentive.

I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, but this one was by far the messiest. Tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. The food prep area was also sloppy, with ingredients spilled everywhere and not being wiped down. It didn’t feel clean or inviting at all. If this is how the front looks, I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. Definitely won’t be returning to this location unless they seriously improve their cleanliness. I honestly lost my appetite.

There’s always an issue with food here. Recently got a burrito & chips… Tortilla STALE! Chips STALE! Taste and portion off. Who knows what else is stale or expiring! Stomach always messed up after eating at this location. Get it together!

This is a nice and new Chipolte with a drive-thru on the west side of the building-nice addition!
When I arrived at this location it was slightly busy, my wait to order was about 5 minutes, and the preparation was pretty fast and well proportioned. The food was pretty darn tasty…
The only drawbacks were all hard surface seating, except for the stools (no back support)….and even during down times the crew didn’t clean the tables (before arrival/during).
Parking is pretty easy with limited handicapped spots. The lighting in the parking lot is best on the east and south side of lot.

Went there around 3pm place was not clean tables were not clean. They barely serve chicken on my plate..it was more beans and rice and anything else…my husband bought a burrito that they couldn’t wrapped it and just messed up everything in another burrito wrap..the whole thing was to the point im not going back there!

By far the best chipotle I have been to since they started as chipotle good job guys really thank you so much clean friendly. Uber delivery factory. Walk in orders are left with less options and an extremely rude cashier. The cashier on February 17, 2026 PM needs to be investigated. I am filing a chargeback with my bank due to poor food and poor cashier service.
