This by far has to be the nastiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every single table was dirty with food like beans, corn, and cheese all over the counters. Trash everywhere all over the floor and table tops and even the seats. Additionally at 9pm at night the outside seating was gone and put away. The only positive thing that I can say is that the portions were actually good and normal compared to other locations.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The manager (or whoever the woman in charge was) was extremely unprofessional.
Their credit card machine went down and she asked customers to pay in cash. I told her I had cash, I just needed to know the total so I could pay. Instead of helping, she rolled her eyes at us and completely ignored us. She then started putting other customers in front of us even though we had already been waiting.
We ended up standing there for almost 30 minutes while being ignored, with a long line of people behind us also waiting and confused about what was going on. Instead of trying to organize the line or help customers, the staff were laughing, dancing around, and acting like none of the customers mattered.
To make it worse, the restaurant itself was dirty and they were out of basic ingredients like tomatoes and cheese, which is pretty ridiculous for a place that serves bowls and burritos.
No communication, no apology, and no attempt to fix the situation. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. If this is how this location is managed, it really needs new management. I definitely will not be coming back.

My order was Bowl w/ Dbl Chicken, white rice, black beans, light hot red, light sour cream, cheese and lettuce.
Well, they got the rice and beans correct…..but quite a bit more missing!!!

Today I went to pick up my order. When I walked inside, everything suddenly became chaotic employees were jumping on chairs because there was a RAT near the kitchen. I was rudely told to leave, and when I asked how to get my refund (since the app wasn’t letting me request one), the employee just said, “Online.” I explained that the option wasn’t showing up, and he yelled, “I don’t know, bro, just go online,” and even patted my shoulder to push me out.I still haven’t received my refund, and I’ve tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Cashier was alright. The food portions are much smaller than any other chipotle we have ever been to… look at the photo. Burrito less than a spoon.

Corporate should seriously consider auditing this location and its management. This location, by far, has been the worst experience that I have ever had at a Chipotle.
The wait time, from entry to payment, easily exceeded 30 minutes. The two employees at the food assembly line lacked any sense of urgency. At one point the first line employee got caught up with a large order, and the second line employee literally stood there staring blankly while waiting for him to hand off the order for completion.
The time comes for me to order. The black beans are as dry as a desert (barely any to serve). There was no honey chipotle chicken. The employee cooking stated that it would take five minutes without offering any apology.
I finally get to pay and therefore sit down to eat. I stop by the utensils and fountain drink area to grab a fork… lo and behold, no forks.
Scott Boatwright would be extremely disappointed in this location and its lack of quality service, which I pin on the leadership team.

Customer service was sub par. The crew assembling the burrito did not do a good job of adding all the ingredients properly even with repeated requests. Hence burrito did not taste good. In addition the typical awesome Chipotle flavors were missing.

Came to pick up my mobile order and arrived exactly at the time indicated on the app. It even said my order was ready to pick up.
I had to wait over 5 minutes before anyone asked my name for the order and there were barely any customers there around 2pm on a Saturday. I had to wait almost 20 minutes past my scheduled time to get my food.
The place was pretty dead and it’s easy to see why! Also, pretty shady to report the order being filled 20 minutes before it actually was..

My order was a burrito with chips and a vinaigrette sauce cup. The size of the burrito here is about the size of a child’s hand, the other Chipotle in Miramar gives way more and unfortunately I expected the same from here. The chips tasted like acid, and the vinaigrette was chunky and sour, and not the fun sour. I’m beyond disappointed in this Chipotle. Its only redeeming quality was that the staff was very nice and personable, after that, save yourself some time and find another place.
