I’ve been to many Chipotle this was the worst experience ever. I asked for a burrito and they barely put anything in it and were rude for a request that I have done at every Chipotle I’ve gone to. I ask for my burrito done a certain way because I have allergies. Why I explained they were oblivious and I spoke english and spanish to try to get them to understand. I am going to trash this burrito to not take the risk of dieing because they cross contaminated ingredients. Everyone be aware these people are uneducated on food safety. This was a total waste of my time and money for getting something that I have to throw in the trash.

Came in late on a Sunday night and was surprised they were still open and had a line. Line went quickly. Service was good. Tried the plant based sofritas for the first time and was shocked at how good it was. Very flavorful, seasoned well with a small kick of heat/pepper. We dined in, restaurant was decent enough to eat in. Plenty of seating. Definitely will come back to this location

The guy at the register, Ethan, was great very professional. The person who served my rice and chicken also did a good job. The issue was with the lady at the end of the line. I clearly asked for half chicken and half steak. She looked at my bowl and told me she couldn’t because I already had chicken, saying adding steak would count as a “double.” That’s completely false. I wasn’t asking for double meat I was asking for half and half, which is a normal request at every other Chipotle. It’s insane that a half-and-half bowl should suddenly jump from about $10 to $16. That makes no sense. Her attitude and refusal were unacceptable, and it ruined the entire experience. Train your staff properly or get people who understand basic customer service. Ethan and the first guy were fine the lady was not. I left angry and disappointed. This needs to be addressed immediately.

WOW! What happened to this place. I don’t know the best description: ‘a microbial playground’, a bacterial breeding pit’, how about a germ farm. My son wanted to go to Chipotle so we went to this store. Besides small portions, poor attitudes, a clear “I don’t want to be here” with half of the employees, no forks, no ice, all trash cans full. The meat was room temp. For those of you that don’t know, meat is supposed to be kept at 135 degrees. When it’s not, bacteria can double every 20 minutes. My son gobbled it down against my urging him not to. I hope he doesn’t get sick. When I politely told the cashier about all the missing stuff, she did not say a word back to me and stared me down. Will never be back. County health inspectors really need to pay a visit. This was around 7 pm fyi.

Rude attitude from certain employees, bland, unseasoned steak, and quite messy.

I chose to write a review after multiple experiences with this Chipotle. What set me off was my most recent experience where I had a lady, who starts off the meal with no greeting, and asked what I was ordering. I asked for extra white rice, but noticed she only placed a regular serving of rice. When I proceeded to ask for more, she paused to look at me, and gave me less than quarter of a scoop and pushed the bowl further down the line. When I was chosing my toppings, the worker on the toppings section asked the first lady what protein I had, which she then responded with my protein, and then mentioned the fact that I asked for more rice, making the comment across the line “and extra rice too”. I payed for my food and forgot to ask for a water cup, which I asked an employee who was standing near the cashier, who was busy for one, in which she nodded in the direction of the cashier to ask. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and understand that people may be having a rough day at work, but theres a distinct line between that, and rude customer service, which employees of this chipotle seem to not understand.

The other complaint is the lack of quality of their food. When they came out with their Carne Asada, it was one of the worst tasting proteins i’ve tasted. It managed to taste more bland than their regular steak. I will not blame the staff for having a messy front line during a rush or right after, but I have walked into this restaurant with no rush and still the counter being a mess. I have had to alternate to the Chipotle on 86th and Pines which has far better customer service and better tasting quality of food.

Customer service was beyond horrible. Servers can’t speak English. How the hell do you know what I need. Price was super high for small amount.the people that work there have really bad attitude. Even the manager was rude. Her employee put a plastic container in the bean sauce n she came out yelling at me about how no plastic container in the bean sauce as if I put it in there. She’d better be happy I wasn’t in a bad mood. They clearly don’t like their job. I will NEVER go back there. It was my first and last time there. If I could have given it a 0 I would have

The lady taking my order was on the phone. She charged me for items I didn’t order and did not say a word to me the entire time. The team also gave me 3 scoops of rice and barely a spoon of protein, I had to ask for extra which they almost refused me before I told them I would pay for the extra.

This place just needs guidance and a manager that cares.

I went in at this chipotle at 11:54pm at night and I know I was going with my mindset that I had to adapt to what was left due to the time , I went ahead and I asked to see if they plain rice which at this time I knew chances are that they didn’t had due to that it was about to close, the guy that attended gives me a gesture of like disappointment and wasn’t even able to tell me “no we didn’t had” then he turned around for a good 2 to 3 minutes giving me his back and talking to the chef and asking the chef that if he wanted to take care of my order, then I asked the chef already mad because I caught on what was going on that the guy didn’t wanted to attend me and the chef was nice enough to tell the guy to make the burrito I ended up ordering , chef was nice then the lady at the cash register was nice as well and I spoke to the manager which was also nice , my point is if the guy that made my burrito didn’t wanted to work he could just easily don’t work for chipotle anymore , I understand the time and that they are tired and I own a Bussines and I know that customers aren’t always right but if I am your last customer of the day I want my crew to get you in and out with your order as fast as possible. If there is certain foods missing I understand due to the time , if he and the crew is tired I can see that , what is unacceptable is the poor customer service the guy that made my burrito gave me .

I work for Uber and I went to pick up the order at 11:25 a.m. When I arrived, there were no customers and there were four employees behind the counter. One of the employees informed me that I had to wait until 11:30 a.m. for another employee to arrive in order to prepare the order. As a result, I canceled the order. It is ridiculous that situations like this happen. You can verify through the security camera that what I am saying is true. February 9, 2026. I hope this can be resolved.

Cashier Thara Moesha is very rude…I asked the young lady who was making my bowl can I have a vinaigrette. She stated the cashier will give you one. I found that odd because other locations just simply grab one and slide it down as they’re making your bowl. I get to the cashier she had an attitude. I left without my vinaigrette and came back when I realized I never got one. I told her she didn’t give me one. She stated back “YOU NEVER ASKED” which left me a bit frustrated because I don’t see what was so difficult about grabbing one at the time of making my food.
