Portion size on TO GO ORDERS is something Chipotle is known for being REALLY BAD AT because in person you can ask for more of everything except protein. The 3 main containers were chicken, beans and rice and all were about half full so If they were full I would have gotten closer to the 6 portions they claim.
and beyond that we got generous portions of really good Barbacoa beef bowl with lots of salsa chips with more salsa! can’t beat it!!

NEW VISIT 3-18-25. Best service during this visit. 4:40pm. Friendly smile and service from the girl on the line. The guy in the kitchen was nonstop cutting and cooking. The guy on the register was nice and quick. The entire staff today was working and preparing. 4:56 they were hit with a tennis team and multiple customers, a line to the door. They were prepared with the exception of dirty tables.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I could clearly see it sitting on the counter, ready to go. However, the employee standing right next to it was focused on cleaning and made absolutely no effort to acknowledge waiting customers.
When I politely called out that I was there for a pickup, he looked up with an annoyed expression, dismissively said “one sec,” and then continued cleaning for another two minutes while my food just sat there. This wasn’t a matter of him finishing up something urgent—my order had clearly been ready and waiting, getting cold.
The lack of awareness and customer service was shocking. I understand that cleaning is important, but when there are customers waiting and orders ready to be handed out, that should take priority. The employee’s bothered demeanor made the experience even worse.
I strongly urge management to better train staff on customer service priorities. Acknowledging customers promptly and handing out ready orders should come before non-urgent cleaning tasks. This experience has made me reconsider whether I’ll return to this location.
When my turn came, I asked for my usual chicken bawl, and of course there was no rice. And he did indeed put a tiny portion of it, next thing was the chicken that I order, I was feeling fancy and I ordered the NEW honey chicken, I was greeted with 3 pieces of chicken, so I decided to go for double this time because I was feeling hungry, and nonetheless, I indeed asked for double with veggies, corn, sour cream, and cheese. When I went to pay, I was slammed with a whopping $19, AND I have not ordered anything else, no drink no chips no guacamole, nothing. AND not to mention, I did not get any receipt.
Thank you for understanding, I hope this gets reviewed because my experience was utterly terrible.
