BONE IN CHICKEN. ALMOST CHOKED!!

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I came in to order a kids meal for my son. The portions they gave were only half a spoonful. Then I was told I get three sides and a meat. The guy behind him got real angry and then told him no you’re supposed to tell him that he only gets two sides and a meat but very disrespectful and the way the guy looked at me was not nice then when I asked if I could get any salsa, he said no it’s $1.79 extra it was real mean about it
whatever happened to being nice and smiling and explaining what happens
any other chipotle I go to they give me a little bit of salsa to go with it. It’s not the point that it wasn’t allowed. It was that this guy was talking behind my back and very rude. I’ll never set foot in this chipotle again and I will tell everybody in the neighborhood that this place stinks. No wonder it has bad reviews. Their staff is horrible but it’s not their fault. It’s their leadership. They have no business running a chipotle. I get better service at fast food restaurants.
If you’re gonna correct your staff in front of a customer, try not to be so mean about it next time when you’re mean to your employees and your customer, your environment is negative and people pick up on that

Just got home with a pick up order and the burrito was so poorly rolled that once the foil was opened, the inside fell out all over my kitchen. I watched the employees struggle to roll it, and even break the tortilla at one point, however, instead of just grabbing a second tortilla like standard protocol, they just shoved it into the foil and threw it in the bag. I would recommend going to a different location.

This was my first time at this location. The guy that made my bowl was super polite and nice. The girl who was adding the toppings was nice too at first but the bar was out of lettuce so I asked if they had any more. She said “ let me go check” and smiled so I thought everything was fine , then she walked to the back and as soon as she was out of sight she loudly yelled “THE ONE THING I DONT HAVE!” Like loud enough for me to hear so that was pretty lame and unprofessional. They weren’t super busy when we walked in so the lettuce should’ve already been on the line especially since they weren’t out of stock and still have like 2.5 hours til they close. Everyone else was nice though.

Everyone kept telling me about the new carne asada. So I went in and ordered the quesadilla which was more like a crunch wrap. The meat was supposed to be tender and flavorful. The meat was tougher than leather and had no flavor. They offered me three sides. The black beans were black beans. Not good and not bad. The white rice I chose was decent. The last but not least pico was the highlight of the meal. I also ordered a side of white queso that was absolutely terrible. With all the other wonderful restaurants in the area. I’ll definitely not be returning to this location.

I went to this location at 11:12pm on 02/28/26. To buy a bowl and use the restroom (48 minutes before closing) The shift lead or manager, I’m not sure which one. Just said “The bathrooms closed.” With no explanation, not out of order or anything just closed. So I said “it’s closed?” And he just said “yes.” So I left and didn’t buy anything, it seems like they just closed it almost an hour before closing time to avoid cleaning later.

I have been here a few times and it’s usually pretty good but I had a pretty bad experience with the employees this time. The store was not busy, however there was only one employee working to go mobile orders. Although there was no other customers in line the other employees did not help the single employee working on the to go orders and the bags were sitting in the back counter while the to go employee was working on other orders. In other words food was going cold while certain employees were just sitting around doing other things when they could just help seeing that they were multiple to go customers waiting.

The rice is salty and not cooked, it’s hard the workers don’t care and have attitudes. The server scraps old hard rice on top of fresh under cook rice. The serving is not a spoon full. Workers in the kitchen busy talking and yelling across the kitchen so unprofessional. Don’t bother to waste your money like I did.

Update from my review over 4 years ago. WTH… Come on Chipotle less food for more money. We all know you make a ton of money bring back the large portions at a better price point.
Was a very nice visit. I did not get rice or beans and the girl gave me extra steak. The food was good. The staff was super busy so could not really say they were friendly they did not have the time to be. Store was clean and service was fast.

The team work I watched tonight from the chipotle staff was awesome. Watching team members come from to go and the back to help the line move was so effective and the employees seemed to have a sense of urgency without presenting annoyed about it. Working in the restaurant industry I acknowledge how important a good team is and thought it was refreshing to see it here. Always happy to come to this location for reasons like this and the great food!
