I placed an order for pick up today and the entire order is wrong. I just noticed once I opened and I am already back at the office. They messed up the meat, added corn, and forgot my side of guacamole which is an added value. To make it all worse, the food is completely cold.

Recently moved down here and I’ve been here twice.
They do not have lettuce I repeat. They do not have lettuce.
Their food is fresh and made right in front of you. Noon time is very busy so don’t come at rush-hour.
Staff is great and commendable
Make sure to check for deals. You have to order online to get free things apparently.

Sad experience today. Woman in front of me was Latin and the staff (who was all Latin) was welcoming smilies. When I ordered the woman was extremely rude. Not smiling at all. Threw my food on my taco and looked at like I have 6 heads. No staff was friendly towards me but seeing how they treated the woman in front of me was 180 (while I am not Latin) . I wish the girls treated me with the same respect and kindness as the guest in front of me. I will never step foot in that store again due to how their staff looked at me and made me feel. Very disappointed in all staff working today. All u had to do was smile.

I went to this location around 3pm on 2/28/2026 and ordered the Chicken Al Pastor Bowl. The rice looked as if it had been sitting for awhile but I assumed it needed to be stirred up or something and didn’t think much of it. I get home and the rice tasted extra sour and the Cilantro looked very old… I have already reached out to customer support but I am just writing this review here so people can be aware. This is the last time I will go to this location due to multiple problems with food quality here.

Went to chipotle to get a Carne Asada bowl, guacamole and chips. When I got there at like 9:50pm they were cleaning up When the gentleman in front of Me asked what time they closed the woman cleaning seemed to get irritated and said they close at 11, but she’s doing it now so they don’t have to stay past 11. She definitely made it sound like it was a problem that he asked. While cleaning they had The serving station moved, which made it difficult to see what to order which somebody in the line commented on. At this point, the line is past the front doors. When I went to check out, my order came to $14.91 so I gave them $15 but they didn’t have the nine cents so I just didn’t get my change back. The food was cold, and the carne Asada looked old when I got home. I think it’s awesome that chipotle decided to start staying open till 11 but it seems like the employees are very unhappy about it and making the environment uncomfortable. While home, I got on my chipotle app and messaged chipotle to let them know about the whole situation and asked for either a refund or two free entrées which they denied and ended the conversation. Normally, I love chipotle however I give this location a one out of 10 would not recommend if you were considering going. I suggest you head to one of the other locations especially if it’s an hour or two before they close.

Also they said please reach out and I did that same day and haven’t heard back from anyone.

I placed my order through the Chipotle app at 6:44 PM (Dec 18th). The ordering process took about 30 seconds, but right at the end the pickup time shifted from just before 7:00 PM to 7:10 PM. No big deal, I was walking from my house to the restaurant anyway.

When I arrived at 7:00 PM, there were three staff members working the front line, no customers in line, and they were mostly restocking, lightly cleaning, and chatting. Only one other person was waiting in the takeout area, and they had been there longer than me.

About five minutes later, roughly 10 customers walked in, ordered in person, and received their food in under two minutes each. Around the same time, someone finally came out from the back to ask for my name and the other waiting customer’s name. I wasn’t overly concerned yet. It wasn’t 7:10 PM.

What was frustrating was watching nearly 10 walk-in customers that came in after me, receive their food before mine, despite my order being placed well in advance. My food didn’t come out until 7:15 PM, late & a full 30 minutes after placing the order.

This makes the app feel completely pointless if orders aren’t even started until customers arrive and give their name. It honestly felt like my order wasn’t worked on at all until I checked in.

If online orders aren’t prioritized or prepared according to the pickup time, what’s the point of the app?

Steer clear at all costs. Plastic bag pieces in the food, yesterday’s stale chips, dried out proteins …… the food from this place was nasty. I generally like Chipotle … but this location needs some corporate attention.

There’s a young guy here- has glasses and maybe in his mid 20s or so. Every single week my fiance and I come after church and he’s there, and he was today too. He had to handle the entire line by himself, INCLUDING the register for hours. Not sure why there wasn’t any help for him- he literally had to handle more than 20 customers in building their order, taking gloves off, ringing them up, repeat + deal with doordashers, ect. He is always so kind, so polite and a pleasure to deal with even when he’s put in such a stressful situation. Definitely deserves a raise.

Do not come here a few hours before close, incredibly lazy employees! We showed up at 9:45 and they close at 11:00, at this time they were cleaning up and combining all the old food together. Then when I ordered (double el pastor) there clearly wasn’t enough in the pan so she was scraping the bottom for scraps and my chicken was all burnt and tiny pieces of seasoning, just gross. Also I asked for more chicken because I clearly didn’t have as much as my friend who got the same thing so she threw on a few more scraps…. Flat out insulting. Fire all the workers here and get new ones that are going to do their job. Ungrateful, disrespectful, lazy, unprofessional employees. Do better.

Just wanted to say everyone working on the line last Wednesday (12/03/) was SO friendly and gets a 10/10 for customer service. It was one male (dishing the rice/meat) and two females (veggies/toppings and cashier). It’s hard to come by good, friendly, employees these days and they should be recognized. Food was great too!
