We placed an online order on December 29 At 10:05 PM, not only was the order not ready at the estimated pick up time but The order was completely incorrect. We ordered a chicken and it was split into two different bowls for some reason with the wrong toppings and like seven pieces of lettuce on one of them. and steak bowl was missing toppings didn’t even have a proper full single scoop of the toppings that were in the bowl. neither of them were labeled properly. It was completely underfilled. It was missing toppings, and the quality of the food was horrible. I received an incorrect order, Small portions, Poor food quality, the restaurant was out of ingredients and had slow service.

The staff last night was so rude. I stopped in to get my daughter a bowl. There was a very nice older couple in front of me. The girl making his food was one of the rudest people I’ve meet in a while at a restaurant. They were out of a lot of items on the line and this was only 8pm. The older gentlemen simply asked her for some grilled veggies and she said we’re out. He pointed over to the prep station and said what about those over. She was so rude and replied obviously it’s not cooked and won’t be for a while. She made my bowl and just threw the ingredients into the bowl without the right portion of meat. I asked for more meat and she said that’s right portion. I get this for my kids all the time and it certainly was not. This person definitely hates her job. I would recommend paying her more so she can have a better attitude or hire the right amount of people to make the customer experience better. Your restaurant was filthy, and your staff obviously didn’t care. Do better.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD ! First off , just want to start off by saying you should not be in the service industry if you are not able to handle it ! When customers are in no way, shape or form rude to you and you off the bat have an attitude , you should not be allowed to be dealing with any customers face to face . We placed an online order and I am not sure who we even spoke to but whoever was working the chipotlane at 8:45pm on Wednesday Feb 25th , they need to be taught some respect and learn how to treat customers with kindness . I have never been spoken to by anyone at chipotle in the way this man thought he was able to speak to a customer who was kindly asking for rice without cilantro . ITS NOT AN OPTION ONLINE . so i called and was on hold for quite some time and while my girlfriend is in the line waiting he’s stating she picked it up and he already made while she was watching him make it and place in the bag . So instead of kindly doing what was requested which would take about two more seconds of his day , he made it as it is . He could have respectfully declined and I would have accepted however the rudeness and attitude I received was very uncalled for . I pray for you .

I gave it 5 stars cause when we got there the guy automatically put on clean gloves! Unlike the other Chipotle they are wearing gloves and u don’t knw the last time they changed them
He was accommodating, we asked for extra rice & he gave ua extra rice, cheese etc.

I have never gotten anywhere close to this small of a burrito. If I hadn’t already driven home I would have asked for a refund. Double wrap, double chicken, fajitas, rice and beans and the size of a coke can.
Update: I reached out and they sent me a Buy One Get One free. Wild to say come spend more money so we can fix our mistake. Finally broke down and was going to go back only to find out the BOGO had a 30 day limit.

The energy was amazing! Feel like tonight was the most energetic and welcoming service I’ve had in a while anywhere. The gentlemen at the start of the line’s energy was contagious and it was nice seeing the team’s energy bounce off one another and onto us. The food was amazing but we expected nothing less from the moment we were warmly welcomed. Such a great team. My only complaint is there being no tip option for card payments. Energy was so great though my husband and I walked over to circle k to get some cash. When we walked back in, they were eager to help and to solve any problems we had. Great people.

This was my first time at this chipotle and I can honestly say I will not be returning to this location, especially after also seeing other people’s reviews was consistent with my experience. The skimpy bowls were not worth the price point at all and the service was very unprofessional and immature. I love chipotle though and will still frequent other locations close to my house.

I am very loyal customer of chipotle, once a week I eat at chipotle. This time is my first time at this location. Server/employee was very rude and was not ready to give appropriate portion for my order. Bowl was so much empty it looks like half portion. I hate to say this but I will not return to this location where I can’t get enough for my bucks.

It amazes me how these people are hired. Chipotle offers bogo at 4pm if you buy 3 tacos. I got there at like 348pm but there was a line. So as I stand there waiting for my turn there was a girl preparing an order then with her gloves on wipes the counter off then goes right to helping the next person. She didn’t change out her gloves and then wraps up someone’s burrito. There were at least 3 people before she changed her gloves. When it was my turn I noticed that the grill was clean everything seemed like it was put away and the line was almost all empty. Mind you it’s 4pm and they close at 11pm. I almost had to beg for fresh meat that wasn’t dry. They had no fajita veggies she was scraping the bottom and the girl on the grill was rolling her eyes because I asked for more veggies. Then the guy was giving me guacamole and he filled it not even half way and I had to tell him please fill that up Im paying for that. The lady working the to go windows says we dont have enough guacamole so start giving out 1 scoop dont fill it. ITS 4PM! YOU STILL HAVE 7 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE. LIKE WTH. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and corporate should be notified.

The WORST chipotle in the area by far. Every time we go here the food is way too salty or bland and the portions are crazy small. We ask for extra everything and I don’t even get a half full bowl. For the price you pay it’s not worth it. I drive all the way to another chipotle usually even thought this one is literally next to our house because every single time I give this one a chance it’s terrible. Hire better staff or pay your employees more. They obviously hate their jobs.
