This is a newer Chipotle so I had high expectations, well so much for that.aybe it’s the entire business going down hill. The restaurant is new and was very clean. The staff was nice but their version of portions is very inconsistent. When asked for extra rice I got a half a spoon extra. The steak was very minimal and not very hot or tender. It used to be very good.

The three soft tacos being prepared prior to mine for my wife was so loaded they couldn’t fold them well. She is much better looking than I am so maybe that’s the trick

The non fountain drinks were almost all empty and no one working to refill them.

Overall just not worth the significant rise in price that has happened over the past few years. It’s such a shame as it used to be a great place to eat.

Today I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. I went to the store to buy a kids meal and a bowl with guacamole. I had rewards available in my account—one for guacamole and another for the kids meal.
When I went to pay, the cashier, who also told me she was the manager, said that rewards could not be used in the same transaction. I told her that was fine and suggested that I could pay for the bowl and apply the guacamole reward, and then do a separate transaction for the kids meal using the other reward. She told me that this was not possible either. Instead of simply canceling the transaction and ringing it up as two separate ones, she chose to throw the food away. I found this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It felt like she was simply too lazy and completely lacked empathy for the situation. I was there with my 4-year-old son, and she made no effort to help or find a solution. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location, and I will be telling my friends and family that this store has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This Chipotle location gets a lot of hate. I have not had a terrible experience since the very early days of it opening. The staff has always been pleasant and the food always ready when I order ahead. This isn’t a bad Chipotle anymore.

This Chipotle location DOES NOT KNOW what the concept of DOUBLE means. You’re better off ordering the regular serving size. Almost EVERYTIME I order double meat I get a regular serving size for the extra $5, which adds up when you’re constantly buying from here in hopes you might luck out this time and actually get what you paid for. It’s honestly my fault for coming back. I could have bought a dozen more bowls with the money I’ve lost in paying for extra meat.

I’ve put in multiple complaints and nothing changes.

This is a newer Chipotle so I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately this place is sub par on personnel. Everyone is dirty and unkept. I’ve never seen people in food service touching their face, hair and scratching themselves while also making customer meals. Absolute management fail. Disgusting. I ate maybe 1/4 of my salad and then threw it away. Inedible.

This is the worst Chipotle store that i have ever been. Very very small portion. Chicken is not even in a full spoon serving. Even the rice was very small portion. I asked for more rice and chicken she just ignore me… We should left that store. I give one star for atmosphere because the employees attitudes. They should shot down that brand new store. Trust other people with their comments. People who made comments here are truly correct! This Chipotle restaurant will not grow… this chipotle will go bankrupt!

I don’t even write reviews. Dude gave me double chicken on accident. Manager saw, I said it’s fine, but since I wasn’t going to pay for double, he made the employee throw it all in the trash. Made a full new bowl with a terribly small amount of chicken after trashing a bowl with double. Its like they’re trying to give customers a bad experience
