ordered via the chipotle app… I got my order and immediately noticed the smell. I moved the food around. The sour cream is definitely expired. The consistency, the color, the smell. It’s not good at all and its mixed in with everything.

This place has greatly improved since it originally opened. The portions are now consistent to other chipotles. Also, customer service has vastly improved. We have been twice within the last month. We did stop going because bad experiences. I will say they have been consistent so far and we have enjoyed our experience. I would recommend giving them another try if you had our same experience.

I made a mobile order with 2 different meals. Instead of using 1 chicken 1 steak I got 2 chicken , no queso (which is an extra charge) no toppings just the wrong meat beans and rice! They wouldn’t even refund me for the 1 incorrect bowl! Don’t go here if you have anything preventing you from going inside and standing in the long line! This is so ridiculous customer service means nothing!

This was the filthiest Chipotle I have been to. Even the bathroom was closed and I can’t imagine why. Food had no taste and it was cold. The chips were old and when I asked for the cheese she slide it towards me. If it would’ve kept going it would’ve landed on me or the floor. Floor, tables, soda station, the whole place was dirty. They really need to have a meeting and go over customer service and keeping the place clean. Worst $48 dollars spent at a fast food.

8 small pieces of steak, the size of a dime. Among other issues with food quality, taste, and overall experience, never again eating at a chipolte! Don’t chance and waste your time and money! No wonder Chipotle’s stock is down 50%

The thought of a good chipotle bowl is what got me through my morning work meetings, arrive at the new Apopka chipotle to be bombarded with dirty pans everywhere. The pans stacked everywhere was so much there was no room for the employees to prep or meet the lunch rush demand, I thought overlook it they are in the middle of lunch rush. So I stand in line waiting my turn just to watch the individual serving give half scoops of the rice, beans, meat, slinging it on the bowls and anything in sight, no cares to the person who would have to touch the finished product. A customer asked if there was anymore of some items to be told 10 minutes for black beans and 15 minutes for more barbacoa. The customer asked if they could get a few more brown beans and the server just walked away, no response and no return. Now I am about to walk out because the 2 main items I want are not going to be available in time for me to make it back to my meeting and watching the other customer interactions unfold just enforce my need to leave empty handed. The last thing i see as I head to the doors is a cook heading to the grill with fresh chicken, this poor unmaintained grill looks like it has not been cleaned all day, not one little scrape, not one little scouring pad used to remove the mornings meats. The black, burnt, food remains where it started before the doors opened. This is just the last item needed to confirm that the Sanford Chipotle 30 minutes away will have become my main Chipotle stop.

I’m not sure why ALL Chipotle doesn’t clean the serving area. There is always a MESS behind the counter where the food is, and it doesn’t look good. There’s food mixed in with other food (i.e., steak inside the queso, rice inside the beans, meat inside the veggies). I know this “fast food,” but this is just disgusting. To the managers and staff, please PLEASE clean the food serving area. There should be no cross-contamination. When staff are serving, if there is a mess, it should be cleaned up immediately. Please have the staff pay closer attention to how they serve as this can affect someone health. We left the restaurant after seeing this mess…(see images)

Good food, but few options/toppings when compared to the competition. Biggest issue is skimpy proportions especially for salads and that the lettuce is most-often frost-bitten.
