I love Chipotle but this location needs a lot of help! The line was slow and the service was super inefficient. The counter was very dirty and nasty looking…wipe that thing down! They were out of a lot of ingredients/stuff you put in a bowl and they were still supposed to be open for another 2.5 hours. They didn’t have any ice either or straws. I would have considered just buying a drink right in front of where you pay but there was rice and lettuce that had fallen on that as well and it looked disgusting.
The tables were all very dirty and all trash areas were overflowing. Literally just a tiny bit of effort could correct all of these problems but it was shocking how poorly this store was being managed.
Should have just gone to Cava next door or literally anywhere else!

The worst Chipotle probably in the entire country at this point not even kidding. Never had a good experience my entire time at UF and I’m now graduating, but tonight takes the cake. Messed up my to-go order and then put their used plastic gloves in my to-go bag

Never had a good experience at this chipotle, today had a worker put maybe two bites worth of chicken on my bowl, not even close to the advertised 4 oz. They also don’t have good cell service or wifi in the building which makes it difficult to redeem any points. Even had a worker tell me that management likes the poor service and no wifi so people don’t sit down too long. I regret going here every time and hopefully next time I remember and go to sushi 2 go next door.

When we came in and the proteins they had was Barbacoa and the pork. I’ve never had the Barbacoa and I didn’t wanna wait 10 to 15 minutes for the chicken so that’s what I got. I now know I really don’t like the Barbacoa. I didn’t know if I could just return this and ask for chicken. They also didn’t have any of their cooked veggies ready to go so I ended up just having lettuce for veg.

Food was all over counter tops and I left after they were out of 3 different items that I didn’t know about until waiting in line. When waiting on brown rice to be put in container to be served the employees took his time and talked to his peers. Not in lease worried about the customers. Honestly all the employees customer service were lackluster.

Cashier with dyed pink hair in a ponytail was incredibly rude and tossed my food around and shoved my bag at me. The person making my food acted like it was my fault my favorite ingredients were out. Terrible customer service and very rude employees today.

They gave me a cold burrito and when i asked the girl to change it for me she told me that the sides where cold and thats why it was cold. After I insisted she changed it but with a terrible attitude. Eventually she threw the burrito at me after she made it. Stay away from this location.
