First off it seems kind of crazy to pay $20 on a burrito and an iced tea . I must be out of touch . The food did taste good and I enjoyed it but you could not eat this as a burrito it would never stay together . So I ate it with a fork . The store seemed dirty like they had been through a rush and were just catching up . The floors were dirty the counters were dirty and I could visible see standing water from an employee wiping with a wet towel . Streaks of little puddles of dirty water spread all across the surface rather than cleaning the counter correctly. I thought they were nice people and the food was great until I got to the bottom and found a chunk of seed hull and a big inedible piece of avocado kind of gross and there is no way someone did not see that piece while it was being made .
This was my first visit to Chipotle and I will probably give them one more chance but if you can’t clean the easy things what must the hard to clean things look like ? So gross to bite into what looks and feels like an ear ! I did enjoy the taste before I bit into an ear .

This is the best chipotle on planet earth. I don’t even live in gulf breeze but I drive here just for this chipotle. It’s always clean, and the food is always portioned well and fresh. I’d like to be married in the parking lot of this chipotle.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It is hard to believe that it is still considered as fast food. The meal was delicious as always, if I had to make one negative remark, it would be, that they don’t cook the rice long enough, it was hard as always.but the rest of the meal was so very flavorful that it made up for it. The service was pretty good but not top-of-the-line and the restaurant could use a little cleaning but all in all I will be back to this location.

My kids love chipotle . Love their rice bowl and tofu. We also like their chips and gauc but they ran out of chips ! Surprised to hear that though !! Parking facilities were ok. Nice location .. very close to boardwalk. Restrooms are ok . Service could be bit faster . Was crowded when we we went though !
Rice bowl was good . Chicken was a bit dry . It went well with rice but could have been a little juicy . Guacamole was ok . Priced ok. Should have ordered it online . Took us about 20-25 mins to get our food. . Liked it overall buyt could have been quicker .

The manager or assistant manager has gone rogue! On 3 separate occasions, hours before they close, all the trash can’s are closed to trash, there is no ice in the machines, the specialty drinks are empty, and they will not make more of anything they run out of. Basically, she starts closing the place up hours before they actually close.
The first time my husband asked why the trash cans were closed so we couldn’t throw away our trash. They answered because they keep getting full of trash. Hello! That is the point, to put your trash in them. The third time my husband asked if they were closing early. They answered no they weren’t closing for another 3 hours. The second time I took photos showing them looking like it was about closing time but just 8 pm.

Sofritas Burrito was well constructed. They appeared to have sufficient items in their trays. Condiments and napkins were well stocked. Staff was friendly although they looked like they hadn’t had a break all day. Burrito was tasty. Only real downside (which is a big one unfortunately) was that the counter tops and floors were filthy, covered in food debris and dust. One of the servers sneezed into their hand and went right back to rolling a burrito (not mine thank god but I imagine the guy behind me will be coming down with something later). For the vegans: They have plenty of the sofritas and veggies so no problem here.

I ordered a Mr. Fantasy Burrito, Chips with fresh tomato salsa, and a Plant Powered Bowl. I live 5 minutes away, so there’s no excuse for what I got. The chips were stale, the burrito was ice cold all the way through, and the bowl was cold too.
I reached out through “Contact Us” on the 27th and still haven’t heard back. Don’t bother sending me some owner’s link — I’ve already tried. $30 for cold food that’s supposed to be hot and fresh? Not acceptable.
And no, “closing time” isn’t an excuse. I ordered before 9 PM. If your employees want to shut down early, take that up with them — not your customers. Food safety codes say hot food must be kept at 135°F or higher. Clearly that didn’t happen. Feels like I was served whatever was about to get thrown out, and that’s just wrong.

Horrible experience. Got there when they opened, ordered carne asada bowls for me and my wife. Guy at the front counter was nice. He scooped our rice and beans and the meat we wanted was not on the line ,guy behind him was slicing it and taking his sweet time, acted annoyed that we order it. Proceeded to take forever before giving it to the gentleman even had the nerve to walk around him and stock the online order area first probably waited 5+ minutes just for the meat. Everything was ice cold. Me and my wife was really disappointed especially because they aren’t really the cheapest. So our food was cold we barely ate any! Take leftovers home. My wife did not even want them but I already paid 40+ dollars for 2 bowls chips and cheese and drinks. The next day I go to heat the leftover to eat and come to notice there was hair and a piece of plastic glove or parchment or something like that in the bowl. Tossed everything in the garbage. I WILL never eat at this Chipotle again. Whole experience overall was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I would expect better being in the gulf breeze area. If I could give 0 stars I would.
