Came in for the first time on a Tuesday evening, there was no wait. Restaurant was clean, and Bri was friendly. Ordered at the counter, got a steak rice bowl, and husband got a steak burrito. Only thing that could’ve been better….the Sweet Tea & Diet Coke were out (got Coke Zero instead) and some of the chips were clumped together. The guacamole was delicious!

I went to this location right after they opened and bought a bag of chips. The chips were extremely stale and overly salty. They were not crunchy at all, which is unusual because I come to Chipotle often (different locations)and know how their fresh chips normally taste.
I brought the bag back and they replaced it, but the second bag was exactly the same. I returned that one as well and asked for a refund.
The staff did give me a refund, which I appreciate. What bothered me was that after I returned the first bag, they placed it back on the shelf instead of throwing it away. That means someone else could have ended up buying the same stale chips.

My order was messed up and the staff were so rude. I put in an online order, and they put the guacamole in the wrong bowl (husband can’t have guacamole) and didn’t put lettuce either. The food wasn’t how it usually is, and they put so much less. And it was so messy already. 0/10. Want a refund. I would never put in an online order at any chipotle again.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Chipotlane last night. After noticing a missing item, I approached the staff for help, only to be met with extreme rudeness. The employee was condescending, stating, “If it’s not on the receipt, we didn’t get it,” and refused to help me verify my order despite my reward points being charged.
The interaction became unnecessarily heated due to her attitude. I ended up leaving without a resolution because I didn’t want to escalate the situation in front of my toddler. Customer service workers have bad days, but there is no excuse for that level of disrespect. I suggest corporate review the footage from last night to see how customers are being treated. Disappointing for the brand and the neighborhood.

I waited more than 20 minutes for my food, even though it was already ready to be handed out. The employees kept walking past it as if it didn’t exist, without saying anything or checking with me. After all that time, someone finally just handed it to me without even asking. They really need to improve their organization and customer service because the experience was frustrating and inefficient.

Had a really good experience tonight at the store. Nicholas and Makayla were really great about our online order not going through (the Chipotle app glitched). They were able to put together our order quickly, which we greatly appreciate! Everyone was very friendly, smiling and personable. The restaurant was clean and the parking lot was nicely landscaped. The main thing is how amazing the two employees (Nicholas and Makayla) were at helping us! Will be visiting again soon!

This isn’t written after once being there. I’ve been there at least 50 times to exact location. The bad reviews I see are probably from one off, occasions where a customer gets very heated and decides to write a comment cause usually when someone does review most of the times it’s not a good review if you’re gonna put in the time to put a review. Every single staff member that works at this place I’ve been treated by a wonderfully with excellent service. The staff is really great can’t complain at all. They should get a raise. Overall though it a great place with great people working there.

Dirtiest Chipotle ever. Food spilled all over the serving counter. If you are vegetarian, don’t eat here. Manager was taking temperature of meat and veggies with same temperature probe without cleaning it. While preparing my three bowls, they said they were out of lettuce and corn. They did not put on my bowls. When we started eating, we saw they refilled both the things. Worst customer service and cleanliness in Chipotle..
