Literally no chicken on the line day/them on the grill needs to be fired. I asked for some of the chicken that’s sitting in the container on the counter. That’s been sitting there the whole time and they/them ignores it and throws a bunch of steaks on the grill proceeds to go through the entire process of cooking the steaks, then cut up the steak and then goes into other stuff for another five minutes instead of just cutting the chicken….. Stood in line for 20 minutes, waiting for chicken that was already cooked on the counter just going cold… Then finally, they/them cut the chicken then buddy who’s like 16 years old working the line gives me a half scoop of chicken in my burrito… The most unprofessional Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life management used to be fired kids just walking around with AirPods on not doing anything like nine people working… Made me waste my time. I’ve worked both these jobs before as well. You still work at the Chipotle at town center not a hard job at all only like six people in the store and nine employees……………

Food was good except there was only ckicken al pastor left for meat protein which I think is too spicy. Other meat bins were almost empty and remains were dry. Did get there a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday. Staff were ok, doing their jobs. Good choice of self serve drinks.

This location should be closed down. I am a chipotle addict but new to the area. I just ordered today and the meat and rice couldn’t have been more old and stale. I usually order for delivery so I know they don’t care about that, but don’t worry, if you go inside it’s filthy and they are rude so they don’t care if you’re actually there either! They mess up every single order. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances but thank god Neptune beach opened a new location so I never have to come back here again.
Reference to the picture; I placed a delivery order and I like the vinaigrette on my salads, and always get two since I eat it for two days! I called and politely asked if they could add one to my order since it’s not an option on the app. I received a bag with toilet paper in it and a rude note. Oh and of course no vinaigrette, not even the one that comes with the salad automatically. Laughing when I called about it. It mind boggles me how they’re still open.
I’ve never seen a staff that hates their job and their customers more. The manager of this location should be embarrassed for allowing it

Avoid like the plague! I made a huge mistake even walking through the door. It is so disgusting dirty (see video), the food is atrocious, workers are young kids who don’t care about standards and are smoking / vaping while they’re working. I tried to talk to a manager about how uneditable my bowl was because of how incredibly salty it was and he wouldn’t come out of the office. The cashier gave me their corporate number to call. LOL. I asked to talk to someone again and it felt like the girl at the register was terrified to even go back to the office again. I would’ve loveddd to talk to him but I wasn’t trying to ruin her night or be rude so I left it alone.. I threw 2 basically untouched bowls in the trash can and left the store just the laughing to myself. Terrible customer service. I left hungry, frustrated & like I just flushed $35 down the toilet but hey, there is a really easy fix to this problem… Byeee Chipotle!

We just came in for lunch and was greeted warmly. The staff was energetic, friendly, and helpful. All of the food was fresh & delish! We enjoyed eating in the dining area with plenty of natural light & a variety of seating options.

Walked in and went to order there was so much pots and pans stacked up on the counters. Lots of food all over the floor and counter. Trash on the floor where they cooked. Grill was so nasty full of meat that was scraped, but I also figured this could have been a rush they just got out of. The two young ladies tried there best to serve us. Wound up getting a bowl with steak and now I’m sick with food poisoning. They meat was room temperature and not only that the rich was room temperature too. Not to mention that the lobby was extremely dirty and spilled drinks on the floor, tables were sticky. Not a place to eat at till the owner figures this out and gets their staff on the right track. Avoid eating there!!!

Ever since there have been new workers the food is absolutely horrible. I live 2 minutes from this chipotle and I am not coming here again. The rice is hard, guac is brown, beans were cold. Just a waste of $ bc I can’t even eat my bowl.

We arrived at this location around 9:00 PM, two full hours before closing, and were told they were out of rice and lettuce. The employees openly said they did not want to make any more rice. Instead of helping customers, staff were laughing, hiding in the back, and avoiding work. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior during regular business hours. If a restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, customers should be able to order basic menu items and receive proper service. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers.

I’ve been to a ton of Chipotles and I’ve been to this one around 4x. I think this the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, which is unfortunate because it’s in a great area!
The employees seem to not care. Every time I’ve gone there aren’t napkins. Utensils are all over the place, on the floor too.
They rarely have fajita veggies.
I order through the app and the order is missing something – rice, etc.
This seems like a situation where the manager / owner just lets the employees do whatever they want and the manager doesn’t run a tight ship.
Literally every time I go it’s the same thing super messy and unorganized and they’re “out” of some food items.
The next time I go to Whole Foods I’ll walk over and take photos and add it to this review.
I hope to never eat here again.

People at this location did not want to serve us. They told us that it would be 25 minutes for them to cook rice. They didn’t have lettuce. basically denied us. Why would you not prepare more rice for customers coming in when you have over 2 hours left before the store closes. None of the employees wanted to be helpful. This is very poor service
