Very disappointing. We had eaten here a few months back and the queso was gross and watery. Well for some reason we ate here again. I got the salad which was just chicken, beans and like 5 pieces of lettuce. Lettuce is the least expensive part, why skimp??? Also the Chips were kinda stale tasting.

i never leave bad reviews, but when my money is involved, i have to. this is the 3rd time this certain chipotle location has made my order wrong or fixed my order with scraps. i ordered extra sides on this bowl and they were not there. it’s like they gave me one scoop of everything. if the workers are ruining out of food at the moment, they should wait to make customers’ orders. i could have went to taco and got more food this this for the price. please start caring a little bit better about your customers’ orders chipotle!!!

We went in around 10:15PM and their was no workers they were all in the back. We kept asking is anyone here for about 20 minutes and they turned off the lights. We continued waiting and they kept avoiding us. They continued to come finally approach us and told us to leave and that they aren’t serving us. They were very hostile and loud and I contacted corporate and it is being dealt with. They smelled strongly of marijuana and were very intoxicated. It was a horrible experience.

TRASH. I am sorely disappointed everytime I try this location. If it’s not the quality of the good it’s the quality of service. Paved an order online and waited 30 minutes before I just left because it wasn’t ready. Of course, now I’m online and unable to cancel so currently paying for food I won’t even receive.

Absolutely filthy and no sense of urgency or respect for your time. Long line to the door with only ONE person serving? Who isn’t even concerned with attempting to have a sense of efficiency. Most ingredients were out, as were basic utensils and napkins. Also FILTHY. How they passed any sort of FDA regulatory inspection is beyond me.

So Chipotle has always been my favorite restaurant and today I spent over 45.00 on food for my family. I placed my order via the app and went through the Chipotle lane only to get home and realize my order was not prepared the right way. I returned back to this location to speak with Kammie (sorry if I misspelled her name) I gave her the run down of my issue and I expected a negative response BUT immediately she offered an apology on behalf of her staff member not properly fixing the bowls the right way and almost immediately after the apology she asked me can she redo my bowls!!! I am so humbled by her response that I told her how much I appreciated her exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This young lady was so nice and accommodating and I really pray that my review reaches those who are in authority to her. THANK YOU, KAMMIE!!!
