Reviews are important, so I’m not going to bomb with a 1 star….but tonight as with many other evenings, the organic drinks were low and rather than making a fresh batch to provide with what I had ordered I was just told that it was late (at 7:20pm…)
I understand those drinks take extra work, but if there is a protocol that they aren’t to be topped off past like 5 pm then atleast knowing that would be nice.
I love this chipotle and don’t normally have issues but the organic drinks are seemingly a constant issue to keep up with.

Entering this location immediately everyone looks angry. With no welcoming vibe. The food bar was extremely dirty. While the manager impatiently served me as if she was in a hurry. The guy at the cash register had huge disgusting hickeys all over his neck and the cook had big long dreads with no hair net. I would not recommend anyone to eat here.

The kitchen, food preparation area, and lobby were all in a bad state. Everything looked dirty, and there was a pile of trash on the kitchen floor. I wanted to get some salsa, but they had to pour a new batch because there was corn and other food particles in the original. The bowl of food I received was lukewarm.
When I visited Chipotle, I noticed my card was broken in half, but it still worked—I could still swipe it at the card reader. I didn’t realize I had left the other half at Chipotle until a few days later, since I don’t use the card often. i’m assuming an employees found the missing half and repeatedly tried to use the card online, possibly a customer. since it had the card number on it. thank goodness I get refunded for unauthorized purchases.

This gotta be federal…do not order online without checking your bag. 13 dollars for some rations suitable for a mouse. As a fast food worker myself this is despicable idk how you could do a customer like that, it’s not like the portions come outta your paycheck.

Tried the new smoked brisket burrito bowl. I had half white and half brown rice, half black and half pinto beans, fresh salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and fajita vegetables. It was great. Just the right amount of heat and the brisket was super tender.

First I’ll say that I love chipotle and I visit this store often being that it’s the closest to me in my area however it’s always a hit or miss. Either the service is poor or the bowls aren’t as good as they could be but hey every time won’t be perfect and that’s fine but this time was AWFUL to say the least… awful enough to make my first review, there was a roach crawling around the fountain/silverware area you can tell that the store wasn’t wiped down, my bowl was disgusting as it ever was!!! The chicken wasn’t fresh very chewy something that I added to my bowl had every bite with a soapy sour taste that’s until after a few bites I caught on and stopped eating the only thing from my entire order that was appetizing was the queso which I ate with my Doritos…. So DISAPPOINTING.
