Is there a new manager there or something? I get that good help is hard to find, but this is completely unacceptable.
A week ago I came here. It was extremely dirty. I ordered a bowl, and got the portions of a literal child or baby bird. I ate the burrito in like 4 bites.
There was also these really nasty fatty clumps in the burrito. So out of the tiny bit of meat they did give me, almost half of it was inedible. Extremely hard pieces, with super soft, inedible fatty pieces.
I figured it was a fluke. Today, I ordered uber eats. Because of the extremely tiny portions they gave me last time, I decided to order double chicken and double carnitas.
This time, my bowl was FULL of these huge clumps again. Even more. I guess when you ask for “extra meat”, you’re just getting a bunch of inedible stuff. Only a little bit of the bowl was edible. See the attached photo for the huge clumps in my meat. It was really unpleasant to bite into a hard piece, and then feel the slimy soft piece of fat.
Someone needs to call the health inspector on this place. I get good work is hard to find, but it should be shut down until they can figure it out. 12 out of 17 really negative reviews is really concerning when it comes to food.
So, now I’m out $30, I’m still hungry, and I wasted my $30 that I worked hard for.
Never again. STAY CLEAR.
Edit: also this guac looked really bad and dark. I threw it out after taking this pic.
And it’s not the recipe, because I always eat at Chipotle in Orlando, Delray Beach, and it’s never that bad! Moreover, this is happening over the last 6 months!
The menu and food I always love, but need to fix this problem. The Team at the restaurant are great and always polite and ready to provide all customers with great service! Thank you!
During my visit, I witnessed an employee handling meat in a manner that caused juices to splash onto other food items. As a strict vegetarian, this is extremely concerning. Additionally, a customer in front of me left because the salsa she ordered had sour cream mixed in, despite her notifying staff that she had a milk allergy.
When I attempted to raise these concerns with the manager, I was met with a dismissive response: “We’re busy. Can’t you see the line?” This reaction did not address the potential food safety risks and indicates a lack of proper attention to hygiene and customer safety.
Based on these observations, I believe this location may pose a health risk to patrons and warrants an immediate inspection.
Lady that was doing the rice and meat was pleasant; everyone else had horrible attitudes. Definitely won’t be a returning customer.
