Always 1 person on the line making food while 7 people are walking around.Every time I come here there’s an issue. They need a new manager. Of course, out of steak, had to pay more for a different item that I didn’t want because they were out of steak. Moe’s is across the street! I might have to start going there.

Ordered catering for 10 people did the double order not cheap. Had a kids birthday party told the guest taco bar from Chipotle. NOPE they packed 10 soft taco shells. I called the store got no where let alone the phone system is horrible with AI. How do you tell guest 1 taco shell per person. Yes we went to Publix for shells. Embarrassing they lost atleast 3 customers.

I hadn’t visited Chipotle in quite a while and was very surprised at the food.
Quality was spot on and quantity was far more then I thought I was going to get. In fact it was hard to eat the entire Carne Asada bowl I had.
The dining area here was clean and the atmosphere was nice. You could have a conversation it wasn’t to loud.
The location is a little hard to find as it’s in a strip mall in front of Lowes. It is hard to see from dunlawton ave which is why i miss it all the time when driving by, never thinking to stop here for lunch.

My family loves Chipotle but this store seems like there is staffing or ordered or management issues. We have left twice in a row due to multiple things that are out or long wait times for cooking. One time they were out of brown rice, cheese, steak and guac. Come on please do beetter.

Order children tacos and you get two sides. Very tasty Nice menu selection large clean bathrooms plenty of places to park. Out of the whole visit one problem that wasn’t really a problem because they were so busy was the tables were not wiped but that’s understandable when you’re that busy. Definitely would recommend.

I have been coming to this place about once a week if not more since it has opened. This location has gone down hill big time the last month. Today I received a scoop of chicken then the employee hit it against the container to lower the portion to just about a half scoop. When I guestioned it, I was told this is our portion size. I think I would rather them go back to weighing the portions because I had more when they even did that. I have notice the rice portions have gone down as well but never said anything about that. The prices have continued to go up and quality of the ingredients continues to go down as well. I will not be going back to this location for a long time if ever. I am not sure if it is the manager placing restrictions on the portions or if it is company wide but they just lost me as a customer at this location.

Restaurant chain and this location has gone down hill so badly in the last few years. Service quality in the past year has gone down. The portions have gone down while prices have gone up. The quality of the ingredients has dropped significantly. The only thing they had going for them was that it was on the “healthy” side, and “fast” food, however, that is no longer the case. 45 minutes waiting to cook chicken, then I finally get up there, out of white rice, black beans, and steak and barely enough chicken for me to get a half scoop.
My advice, you want “healthy” fast food? Go to filo Greek or CAVA. Matter of fact, I pray to god QDoba builds a location where Tijuana flats used to be, across the street. Then I can get the pleasure of watching chipotle crumble to its knees.

Taking two stars off due to frequent negative experiences.
They always seem to run out of food up to 3 hours before closing. Last night I got the last of the steak which was a ridiculously small portion for full price. (Picture included)
My wife asked for vinegarette with her salad and was told no. The manager was nice and made more vinegarette fresh. It took 10 minutes. They were also out of their promo honey chicken.
We had all sorts of issues with one specific employee being sassy… This isnt the first time we’ve had issues at this location and looks like we will avoid it in the future.
Tldr:
Always out of food, sassy employee, small portion for full price.

I got two burritos. One was steak and the other was barbacoa beef. The steak was nothing but fat and gristle. There was very little steak at all in the burrito. Every bite I was spitting out chunks of fat or gristle that was just disgusting. The barbacoa was good. No complaints about that.

So the food and service were just fine! I encourage you to eat here. However, the lock does not work on the men’s bathroom. Made for a very uncomfortable situation! When I informed the staff about this, I was told it’s been like that for some time, so I can only assume it’s a management issue. Hoping they see this and fix it.
