A few weeks ago, I visited this location. The place was a little messy and there was an employee that was just downright rude when any of the employees asked him anything. The brown rice was also hard as a rock. Over looked it since I know things aren’t always perfect so fast forward to today, swung by at opening which is 10:45. A lady came to the door pointing at her phone saying something through the window. When i didn’t know what she was trying to say, she opened it and said we’re opening at 10:55… ok whatever, brushed it off and went to get gas at Sam’s and came back. Walked in and walked right out! Place was dirty, all 4 of the employees didn’t have hair nets, looked disshevled, and simply not nice at all. They just opened. WHY in the world is the place not clean with dirty tables and a filthy half filled station? No thank you!

I’ve been enjoying chipotle for over 10 years, I’m a creature of comfort and I get pretty much the same thing every time unless theres something new seasonally and every single time I order at this location it’s always bad. I’ve tried this location at least a couple dozen times since they’ve opened and I’ve quite literally never gotten good food here. Its either unseasoned or they exclusively only used lime juice (way too much). You would think with a rotation of employees over the years they’ve been opened, someone would follow the recipes correctly. I’m not one to write a bad review but I’m really hoping something will change. In the midst of working a 12 hour day, for my only meal, I had my usual order delivered on uber, it was unfortunately from this location and as hungry as I was I didn’t even want to eat it. No flavor anywhere. Working in customer service for over 10 years I understand the ins and out of businesses and how there are good days and bad….but every single time it’s bad. I’m writing this review HOPING something will change but I definitely will continue to avoid this location and go out of my way to either the Ormond or port Orange location when I want chipotle.

Our family LOVES Chipotle. This one we’ve tried twice. The first time was a disappoint. Tonight was absolutely disgusting!!! Trash ALL over the restaurant floor, overflowing from trash can’s – even in the cooking area. No chips. Men’s restroom out of order. Women’s restroom has double-sided tape on the toilet seat… why??? A bunch of young people who simply don’t care about their job. We will NEVER be back to this location. What a dump.

I’ve come in here a few times and walked out!!! Please keep it a little cleaner it doesn’t have to be messy just because it’s night time. Clean as you go please! Some people who eat here work in the industry so we know it can be cleaner than this…

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I was deeply displeased with my experience at Chipotle today. Ordered takeout via app around 3pm on a Monday to pickup on my lunch break, it was not busy. Order took 3 times as long as it said on the app for two kids meals. I showed up at the time my order was supposed to be ready and watched as the employee took 10+ minutes to warm up 2 tortillas which ended up being having mold on them. By the time she handed me my order, the meat was cold because it had been sitting on the prep table for over 10 minutes. I watched her meander around and even instructed by other busy staff to stay on task. In addition to that, the soda fountain was out of syrup and the ice machine was not on.

Always out of something. This time it was white rice last time chicken. Why can you not make more? Do you not know you will be open on a given day? If only there was a way you could anticipate that customers would be interested in something to eat. Also clean up the dining room every now and then.

I just got the chicken rice bowl so good!! In and out which I love and my food still fresh friendly would recommend they have a nice buffet of sides for any kind of toppings !

We ate here this saturday and Robert absolutely loaded our bowls up!! Tons of meat + cheese very good value also wonderful atmosphere as well, loved the vibe from the kitchen reminded me of my old job. Would come here again!!
