We almost didn’t come here because of the reviews that we saw on yelp. I will say, I am very happy we did! The kid (Kaiden?) that helped us was not only very patient and even let us taste the new Carne Asada steak, he was very helpful and informed of how long the meat has been out and what is better to have.
All of the food taste fresh, but I will say the Carne Asada steak is quite zippy! I can honestly say I think I could eat a whole bowl of that corn salsa that they have.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a chipotle, and this may be the smallest one I’ve ever been to, it got quite busy. They probably don’t have enough employees to handle the volume of people (but who does anymore?) It wasn’t messy in the dining area and they still have a good supply of some really tasty drink options, including a watermelon limeade and a mandarin Agua Fresca that we really enjoyed. Even the sweet tea is good. There were at least 5 people working…and they were actually working! Kaiden was restocking the station where they serve from with fresh food constantly while serving people and sometimes working the register as well. Not sure why they have bad ratings so far…We for sure will be back.

Walked in for take out at 8:40 PM. Most of the food was unavailable and the person at the counter said the carne asada is dry (thank you for that honesty). I wanted a salad, but all they had was shredded lettuce. This restaurant is supposed to close at ten. Why aren’t they prepared to serve? Not coming back.

I came in two workers seen me a Caucasian male a Caucasian lady he touched the scoop with his bare hands getting queso, no gloves didn’t greet me and went to the back both did. Terrible customer service. The lobby was messy. I recommend better workers. It does not look good. I was sitting so long that I just decided to leave.

This was my first time visiting this Chipotle, and it was a great experience. Despite being located in a prime area with plenty of dining options, I chose this spot because of the tasty food and positive past experiences with the brand.
The restaurant is spacious, with seating for close to 100 people and a nice outdoor patio area. The staff was very friendly and processed my order within seconds—though it may have helped that it wasn’t too crowded at the time.
I initially couldn’t place an order for the veggie Quesadilla in-store, but the staff helpfully recommended ordering it online. Though I didn’t have the app initially, once I installed and registered, the process was smooth, and the food was delivered to the table within minutes.
The team here seems well-prepared to handle crowds efficiently, and I was impressed by how quickly the food was prepared and served. I also appreciated their attention to cleanliness—they wiped down tables during brief break and used fresh gloves when handling vegetarian items.
Overall, a great experience—two thumbs up for the food, cleanliness, and hospitality!

This restaurant is poorly managed.
Dining room filthy. Floors looked like they have never seen a mop or floor cleaning. Bev station not replenished, every table was dirty. If the dining room is this dirty…what does the kitchen look like?

Super disappointed. I won’t be back. I love chipotle but this location really disappointed me. I ordered a kids build your own taco. Only thing that I received was uncooked rice and chicken with some sort of hot sauce on it. Making it inedible for my toddler, we received no drink no side. My personal food had some sort of hot sauce on it as well. The bowl was 90 percent undercooked rice and beans. I would have gone back to ask for the missing item and my money back but I had already driven 30+ mins home. Needless to say I had terrible experience.

went in around 6:30, got two bowls and got charged for double meat when i ordered a regular portion. They normally use markers to communicate that but none were used and the guy at the beginning of the line didn’t properly communicate with the girl at the end what was ordered. make sure you always get your receipt.

I’m sure there’s some nice hard-working young kids that work there. But this place surfers from lack of leadership and management. It’s a Saturday afternoon and they have one person making a burrito and then ringing up a customer and then coming back and repeating wile five people stand in the kitchen and all food prep.. this is the third or fourth consecutive Saturday. This happens. They need some guidance over here.

Stopped in here while in town for Chipotle because who doesn’t love eating here? We didn’t have to wait to long, my daughter ordered a sofritas bowl which she loves, I ordered some chips with my birthday freebie a side of guacamole. Overall good trip, just noted the area around the plastic ware needed to be cleaned up, other then that great store
