Ordered online for high protein chicken burrito bowl got home opened my bowl and their was not a single piece of chicken in my bowl. Came back to the store just for them to tell me I’ll give you two servings of chicken just to get a little container of chicken. What you order online you wont receive unless your physically standing in front of them watching them do it. Yall need to do better with your online orders and stop half assing them.

Chipotle is expensive as is. Purely for convenience. Ordered it 15 mins ahead, first in line, waited in the chipotle lane (BY THE WINDOW) for OVER TWENTY MINUTES. ONLY TO COME INSIDE because the person saw us and NEVER said anything or even gestured. Just for the food to be cold and having been sitting the whole time. If I could give 0/5 for service I would. Was a line of cars behind us too. Literally never coming back to this chipotle. Absolutely ridiculous when half of them aren’t doing anything and there are 10 of them in there. Even tipped for drive through smh.

+ no napkins
+ no normal salsa? Was very oily in both even though ONE was supposed to be a Chimichurri sauce. Idk
Oh and half empty little queso cup.
+random stale chips
+cold food

Waste of time AND money

I understand that Chipotle isn’t a 4 or 5 star michilan rated restaurant, with that being said…..
You come to expect a level of customer service at most Chipotles that is the equivalent to chick fil a of burritos, this location ain’t it.
There was ONE table that was clean, the trash location where you put your trays WAS FULL. I could see the sani bucket next to the register was dirty and was past due for a change…
The young lady that came to the counter to take our order was smacking on her gum like it was her dinner and she looked more annoyed than anything, or that we interrupted her conversation, which we apparently did. Even the guy on the grill was like “you ain’t gonna help them??”
There was one young lady on her cell phone, as from someone who worked in the service industry the saying is true, “If you have time to lean you have time to clean”.
Don’t eat inside take it to go.
The food tastes off like it needed salt. The queso was GRAINY, I understand that its not gonna be 100% all the time but damn. Maybe they were having a rough time? Even the hot salsa was Thiiiiick….
I dunno. Next time maybe we try a different Chipotle.

This Chipotle location is significantly filthy compared to other Chipotle restaurants I’ve been in. The one in Oakleaf is second to this one in Orange Park (Blanding). I requested a vinaigrette and the employee said they were out but when I suggested if he checked the drive through area, turns out they still have more there. No one is taking initiative to clean the are order area as well as the floors. Doors and tables are full or hand marks which says to me that no one is wiping the surfaces. I have no choice because they are the closest to my branch but I ALWAYS see this branch filthy.

I was little disappointed at this last visit. There was only one person actively working. The other was on break. I understand they all need a break however when I ran a restaurant if someone had to run it alone I made sure they were completely set up and wouldnt run out of stuff so someone could take a 5 minute or so break. They were out of steak completely.

We told the guy BEFORE we paid that he overcharged us but he insisted he didn’t. He ended up giving us a refund on TWO items that we didn’t order or get. It was frustrating.

The employee cross containmenated the meat tongs right information of us. He didn’t listen when we asked for a scoop of guacamole IN the dish, just to the side. Instead he made us pay for a small side of guac. When I asked for more cheese he put a few more pieces of shredded cheese on top. I would have been happy to pay for extra cheese if he said there was an upcharge, but he just seemed to be stingy with it instead.

I’ve been to this Chipotle a few times, this experience is not typical but it only takes one failure to get a health code fine. It lost points with me.

My manual wheelchair can only use a few seating places and others are not space friendly so if someone sits at the table beside where I have then I have to make laps around the seats: making this restaurant NOT wheelchair friendly in my opinion. If people are in line to order or pay, you can’t even make laps. There’s not enough space for a wheelchair user to park by the fountain drink station AND leave enough room for customers to access it.

The only reason I go here is because I get tired of drive thru’s, I’d like to get an affordable healthier meal (they serve micro greens and fajita veggies) and it’s not out of my way. The value for the money is quite decent.

I just try to go when it’s slow so I can do laps.

The next customer was served by a team of employees who seemed much more competent. The guy who made all these mistakes went to serve the drive thru and work in the background.

The carne asada was good for fast food. Worth the extra $3? Ya. At least it wasn’t chewy.

This was our first visit to Chipotle and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the chicken burrito to split, the flavor was so so delicious. The portion was more than enough for both of us. I don’t usually like restaurants where I have to pick the ingredients for the entree but it works at Chipotle. We will absolutely be going back to try more combinations.

Huge fan of chipotle! This time not so much. They opened at 1045 door was open. Hit the restroom washed up and came out with one person in line. It was about 1055 and only a few trays of food were on line. Finally got served about 15 min after they were supposed to be open. Food looked old and was warm at best. Parts actually cold. Maybe an off day, but usually so much better. Dissatisfied today.

Ok so to start they made me order something online because I didn’t know it was online exclusive I told them it’s ok I don’t need the discount then was told oh no you can’t order it here. So I ordered online. Then was told because I ordered it for pick up I had to drive around. And it would take 10 minutes. So I left and came back. My food was cold. The queso side I got was only half full. My son’s taco was stale. Also cold. My bowl had like 5 pieces of chicken total. My wife’s food felt like it came out the fridge. The tortilla was also stale on hers. $30 wasted we didn’t even eat it we trashed it. Do yourself a favor. Make the drive to Oakleaf that Chipotle is far superior.

I just went to a Chipotle in Orlando Fl, specifically Ocoee. This location was the best I’ve ever went to. The restaurant, service and food gave the impression that the manager and servers took pride in what they do.

In the other hand this Chipotle in Orange Park is consistently substandard! The food doesn’t taste fresh, clean or the serving area is consistently kept clean. If you get use to providing and receiving poor quality, that’s what you’ll receive.

I went in to get dinner and the serving counter was a disaster! I asked if he would not place my food on top of the mess, so he placed it on the other side of the mess and said no one has had a chance to clean up because they are short staffed. It appeared to me that they have the wrong staff. I mentioned that you just have to clean as you go, but that didn’t ring any bells. It’s truly hard to eat in any bodies dirty kitchen.
