If I could put 0 stars, I would… The portion size was terrible. It’s unfortunate how Chipotle declined. The amount you used to get was amazing and I was satisfied. Now, I will never go there again. You can tell the staff doesn’t care either. 0/10!!!! Don’t recommend anymore!

Showed up Saturday at 7PM and the place was nearly empty (not surprising). Only two employees working, bowl was half full, and the chips were more than 80% air. Not only that but they were stale, soggy, and somehow undercooked.
This was also my second time here, the first visit wasn’t quite as bad, but the chips were still stale.
The queso was free for Halloween and still was very lackluster; no wonder they have to give you free stuff to come in. Portions were tiny, taste was poor, and I was still hungry afterwards.
This location needs to step it up. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

Negative 0! Extremely disappointed. We found a blonde hair in our food, and the previous two orders were missing several items. After multiple attempts, I cannot recommend this location.

This is the second time I get served by what seems to be a new hired person that barely put meat on the plate and she doesn’t know what the “carnitas” are. Came a week ago and she didn’t know and today she doesn’t know either, it seems she is serving all the time.
Very stingy on the serving.
I will probably try one more time in the coming weeks and if this continues like that I’m going to have to find alternatives.
This is how you are saving 50 cents on reasonable portions and loosing customers to then having to invest millions in marketing to bring them back. Why don’t you just be generous with the food and property train your people to keep the customers you already have? and save millions in marketing?
I used to come here with coworkers but now not only me but at least two more people won’t be coming because of my telling and some others when they read the comments.
I don’t really know what ia the strategy here? Enlighten me please.
BTW: I do not mind paying one more dollar or two to feel I get served decent food.

Probably shouldn’t work in a customer service job if you’re going to have an attitude with people and slam peoples food down on the counter for them, especially the little blonde girl with the braid. Surprised she has a job with the attitude she has. WONT be back to this Chipotle, I’d rather drive an hour to another one..

Very disappointed. Tried calling after a pickup order and no one would answer the phone. So we put a request and no response back. The container didn’t have much or anything even when marking off for extra things. You can tell by the picture how small the portion is. Most of my bowl was lettuce.

Here to complain about the rip off cost for a burrito in a bowl. For steak (with tiny extra), rice and queso it cost $16.45 before tax. Meager amount in a paper bowl. Could’ve eaten better lunch at a nearby regular sit down restaurant. It was my first time in several years ordering food from Chipotle too. It’s my last time. Won’t be surprised if this location shuts down due to low customer volume. Note: they don’t have military discount.

Cross contamination is terrible here. If you have any kind of food sensitivity, eat elsewhere. The staff does not care to work clean.

Update! 2/29/24. We must be glutton for punishment! We needed to find something quick to eat, so we decided to give Chipotle Fleming Island another shot. Well, same result as below. But, this time we got a bit of lack of customer service to go with our disappointing bowl of food. You can tell that the server just did not want to be there. It was all over her face. When I got home with my bowl, I made a quick 90 second rice so I could add some substance to the bowl. We are definitely done with this one. We will go to Moe’s across the street or Tijuana Flat’s from now on.

Today, portions were quite a bit less than normal probably because the food containers were low. One reason I come here often is because I feel full after eating what I paid for. Not today. Also, the food was cold. The chicken was overcooked. Just dissatisfied with how this place has gone downhill. It will be a while before I go back if I ever do.

Very clearly ordered a bowl with lettuce, etc. did not receive this in my order. How incompetent do you have to be to forget the main ingredient in a salad. Ridiculous, safe to say I will not order from here again. On another hilarious note you individuals think you deserve a minimum wage of $15 an hour yet can’t read and comprehend simple instructions.on top of all this I did not receive double meat and the majority of the meat in the dish was inedible (fat and connective tissues)
