Very clearly ordered a bowl with lettuce, etc. did not receive this in my order. How incompetent do you have to be to forget the main ingredient in a salad. Ridiculous, safe to say I will not order from here again. On another hilarious note you individuals think you deserve a minimum wage of $15 an hour yet can’t read and comprehend simple instructions.on top of all this I did not receive double meat and the majority of the meat in the dish was inedible (fat and connective tissues)

Ate here just a few hours ago, and my whole family felt sick to there stomach, my wife threw up. The food looked old when we walked in and the chicken was really Salty. What happened here? Also my burrito ripped and the just wrapped it in another tortilla. Ended up with a bowl. I would like my money back.

Ordered a kids meal and was told I didn’t select a drink. Checked my app order summary and indeed I did select a drink. Girl in glasses was very rude and dismissive. Ordered extra rice and didn’t get it. My first time at this location and will not be back. Other staff were fine but the girl in glasses needs customer service help before she drives this business in the ground.

Had an older lady help me, I asked for the tacos and instantly she had an attitude with me. Feel she was projecting her frustration with the customer before me onto me. I had to ask for rice, she huffed. She gave the smallest amount of everything, one taco had 2 pieces of corn salsa, so I asked for a little more. Then she asked me if that was all for the tacos, before even getting to the cheese and sour cream area. I asked for such and she braces herself on the counter and takes a deep breath. Clearly I was inconveniencing her being a customer during a slow period of the day.

Worst customer service experience I have had in recent years. They were out of several items, they were rude and dismissive at best. We asked for a substitution due to the fact they were out, and we were told no. We asked the female manager who seems to be devoid of any type personality and were told no yet again with a very frustrated attitude. The only positive of this location was the young lady at the register. I could go on and on with details about the experience, but like I said worst customer service experience by the two food scoopers and the manager.

Never going back to this location again. Horrible attitude from the girl in glasses. You only get one dressing that’s about the size if a ketchup packet and they will not sell you anymore. I’ve been coming to this place since it’s opened over one hundred times. What type of business won’t sell you their product?! Something needs to be done about this for the sake of the people who do still go there.

After MULTIPLE horrible experiences at the Northside River city location it was seriously worth it to get it good here 45 minutes away from my house while I was over here because this Chipotle is amazing! The food was hot and fresh, the portions were amazing with the burrito bowls filled as they should be, and it was so good I didn’t even get a picture before I inhaled it all lmao Appreciate the hard work to everyone that is working there today! Happy fatty over here

Order take out about once every 2 weeks. For the most part, they are accurate with our order, but they do make mistakes. By the time you drive home, it can be disappointing, so double-check your order before you leave.
