Stay away from this chipotle location. It is disgustingly dirty in the dining area – drinks have run out, no napkins, trash bins overflowing, dirty seats and floor. Employees are clearly undertrained and unprepared, then have an attitude to boot. Not all food items were available. Rice was under cooked, lettuce was slimy and rotting. Toilet is out of all supplies and could not have been cleaned in many days, stains look permanent. I have never been to a restaurant, any restaurant this disgusting – failing in all areas. I am sure my comment, like others here, will be answered by a canned chipotle response to visit their contact us page. Sorry to see Chipotle decline like this.

I went into chipotle tonight and had to do a mobile order due to them being short staffed which I was okay with until I saw how disgusting it was in there. I can tell the place hadn’t been touched all day and based on the reviews this isn’t a new occurrence. There were only three people in there trying to keep up with all the orders and cook food. They seemed nice so I didn’t want to take pictures of the workers but there were dirty pans all over their counters, food containers and food all over the floors. There was trash everywhere and there wasn’t a table that had been wiped down. I don’t blame the workers because their first priority is making sure the orders are filled, this is a management problem! They’re going to make someone sick if this doesn’t change, I’m surprised the health department hasn’t put them on probation yet! There should be certain systems put in place for times like this so the employees that actually want to stay and work aren’t overwhelmed with trying to keep the store afloat. I’m scared to even eat my food, I will never order here again!

Stopped by for dinner around 6:30pm. Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. My partner and I stepped up to the counter to order and we were met with an employee with an attitude. My partner asked a question about one of the meat options and he was straight up ignored. When I tried to place my order I wanted to get a burrito. The employee in a rude manor told me that they didn’t have anymore tortillas so I got a bowl. Then we get to the rice. All of the rice containers had essentially no rice. The employee then gets irritated with another employee about the rice and then storms off to get rice from the side counter. Once she returns back from the rice I’m trying to decide what next to put in my bowl and she continues with an attitude and says “what else can I get you!” I was so mad and embarrassed I hurried with my selection. Check out was fine. My partner and I were going to sit inside and eat. We quickly changed our mind. Tables dirty and the drink machine had no ice. The tea area was just constantly leaking. I would recommend highly skipping over this place and go to one of the many other Mexican spots in Pooler. You will also get more bang for you buck at other spots. Who ever is managing this chipotle do better!

On a roadtrip with the family and stopped for food the store is not clean the food was spilled everywhere when serving the salsa station all spilled I had an allergy request and wasn’t granted first time I’ve ever been told no for An allergy request at any chipotle asked the manager if i could wait but was told no and he encourage the front staff to say they did not have any more plain rice without apologies the lady was very unpleasant. The rice available was not well done very hard was not able to eat the bowl the tomatoes tasted as if they had been sitting outside for days definitely the store is not well managed and not sanitary at all should be inspected

Stopped in around lunchtime on Sunday from out of town. Had a pleasant experience, Food was all correctly prepared. Carnitas was not fatty, nor , Barbacoa and vinaigrette was delicious. The management team Krystal & Mauricio was on top that day. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely horrible. Went in to get a few burritos for our long drive and the service was just terrible. A girl was touching her hair with gloves on, some didn’t have their hats or hair tired back at all. There was a man who wasn’t even wearing a beard net. Didn’t even bother wiping the counter down, and discarded sauces ended up all over our aluminum foil.
He wrapped our burritos so sloppily that it was all just spilling out and didn’t even drain the food juices, I set the bag on my lap and a few seconds later I had food juices all over me, I had to continue the next 2 hours of my drive with wet food and sauce on my pants and seat.

I found a post that was posted six years ago and nothing has changed. I went in there on February 14, 2026 and absolutely nothing has changed. The food on the bar looked as if it had been there all day with no attention, trash was running over, all the available tables were not cleaned. There were plenty employees just chatting, drinking area was awful /unclean. Horrible restaurant needs to be shut completely down. Of course , we did not eat in there —walked in and around and out —my advice for anyone entering this restaurant do the same.

Staff member tonight marked the pickup orders as “ready” before they are even prepared. When I came in to pickup my order they said they had 3 more orders ahead of me. Then why mark it as ready? Why not mark it as “preparing your order”? It’s dishonest and makes their customer service look better than the reality.

Bathrooms are very neglected (dirty pee on seat and floor I think) and they don’t keep toilet paper or paper towels in stock and when I let them know they were bussy so I waited more than 5 minutes and decided to go in the men’s that was low on toilet paper and out of paper towels (also very dirty)
It looks like it is up to the cashier but he couldn’t catch a break so he couldn’t restock.
Management should have someone else responsible for restocking the bathroom when they are bussy, maybe the online order food line worker since they are close to the front for good communication.
The food was as good as any other locations, more generous than others in fact (at least compared to the locations in MD)

This is the filthiest Chipotle I have ever been in. The negative energy and unenthusiastic vibe coming from the employees was palpable. At the forefront, the lead employee (perhaps the manager) was clearly irritated and uninterested in providing courteous service. What a foul location.
