Mid. Personally I mainly use the pick up in the chipotlane and every single time it’s been less than satisfactory. Underwhelming. They literally always forget something, a drink, guac, chips, utensils, napkins, a topping. Their menu isn’t that big for them to always forget part of my order. It’s always something. And the staff doesn’t seem happy. The food (when prepared right) do be bussin im not gonna lie. It’s supposed to be! And the drinks are good, everything always fresh but the service can be improved. At least pay attention to detail…. I’m glad the food is prepared quickly but I wish they wouldn’t forget things like when I ask for extra cheese and they put NO cheese or when they leave out my kids juice box or guac which I paid extra for. I don’t know why I keep doing it to myself but I thought yall should know.

My husband and I stopped here to pickup dinner tonight and jeez.. never again honestly. It has nothing to do with the service or employees, but rather the food. $30 for two bowls and they both ended up in the trash. Both my husband and I received fatty wads of chicken, and only dark meat. Not at all what we wanted or have ever experienced at Chipotle. I can’t say we will ever return after this. Time to go figure out what to eat for dinner now since Chipotle went in the trash.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotles I’ve ever been to. The online orders are never ready on time, and the food area is always extra dirty. Also, I thought the food was never Frozen, so why is this guy trying to peel peices of Frozen beef, and thawing it out in warm water?
Lastly, whoever the drive-thru food preparer is has the worst attitude! She’s obviously very unhappy about where she works. My advice: if you don’t like your job, QUIT!!

Was greeted upon entering. The associate fixed my food with care and was very nice throughout the process. However I did notice the grill the chicken was cooking on was completely black I am to assume it’s not scrapped clean between cooking, that looked very nasty never seen a grill that black and nasty and you still cooking other food items on top of it.

It’s incredibly frustrating to come to Chipotle after a long day, only to be told they’re only taking online orders. What’s the difference between making food for an online order versus preparing it for a customer standing right in front of you? If you’re only doing online orders, put a sign on the door—don’t wait until someone walks in expecting service. This lack of communication and effort is exactly why your Google rating is so low. It comes across as pure laziness and a lack of work ethic. Easily one of the worst Chipotle locations in the area—and that’s saying something.

I buy at chipotle pretty often, whether is doordash, online pick up or dine in. I just picked up my order and had my chipotle bag kind of get all mushed around (my own doing), but then I open it and the portion size is about 75% of what I usually get. Tell me why is this the amount of food in my burrito bowl? I haven’t had one spoon of it, simply mixed it. I love chipotle. I really do, hence why I buy chipotle so often, but this is so dissatisfying…

I went in with family and wanted to order a burrito for my sons but asked them to cut it in half. They said they could not do this because of cross contamination. This made no sense and it was very obvious they do not want to provide customer service. Will not be back. It was so ridiculous.

Me and my wife love chipotle but the last couple of times going to the hinesville location it has been absolute trash. We decided to start going to the one in Brunswick because it’s so much better. But I got my regular today and this is what they consider extra lettuce and extra cheese.
