Stopped in for the opening of the new Chipotle in Monroe and was impressed right away. The staff greeted everyone with genuine smiles, and Manager Juan did a fantastic job keeping things running smooth. The whole team did great—you could tell they were locked in and ready. The place is clean, well-organized, and the food was spot on. Great job, Juan and team—we’ll definitely be back to support this location!

Ordered pick up from this location, they had traces od other items that i didnt order so their gloves not getting switched out in between. The steak is over cooked. I ordered extra rice, beans, and cheese and it look like they barely put any one there. The tortilla shell was tore. Horrible, this isnt the first time my order got messed up.

I visited this location for the first time since opening a couple weeks ago and it was great. I have been to many Chipotles in different cities and different states. I have even worked for the company when I lived in CA. This one by far is the best. I always judged based on their Chips, portion and cleanliness and of course their service. The chips were perfect which says a lot because usually its not consistent. They were light and airy, crispy and the perfect amount of salt and lime. Everything was clean and organized which is typical, except for the one I visited in AL. Portion was decent. The rice and the guac felt a little less than usual, but the steak portion and ingredients otherwise was good. Service was good too! I know what I want and how to order, so thats the only thing I’d suggest to improve as I watched older people who didn’t look like they had been there before kinda stand and look at the menue confused, is to maybe ask if they had been before and if you could help them with their order/how to order. Will definitely be back!

Guess I should’ve read the reviews because everyone mentions how the portions aren’t normal compared to other chipotles. I was so excited for this location to open because I LOVE chipotle – but, was very disappointed. Placed a togo order, and got what I always get from chipotle, but the portion was half. I asked for extra corn, I think this is regular corn. But, seriously… the bowl is half full. I’ve never received a portion this small before LOL. The chipotle in Athen’s gives better portions, so I guess I’ll just drive to that one.

Wow! What an improvement from the first few weeks they opened. Rarely out of anything. Chips are there even at 9pm (unlike many other locations). Employees are nice enough. Great food. Clean. So glad this is now our favorite location!!!

We’ve been waiting on the opening of this location. It’s in a great spot. We had a terrible first experience though. I hope it changes so I can edit my review.
The guys working looked terrified. Servings were shocking. Not the normal portions from other locations. Out of rice. Out of chicken. Dry. I was so disappointed in how the employees acted that I don’t know if we will even try again. We probably will but no more than once. So frustrated. And it’s worse when they act like they could care less.

Okay. Here right now for the first time. Burrito is good. Staff friendly. However, every table is dirty. Food on the floor. My Burrito was actually given to me on a pizza style tray that actually has food on it. As in “not washed.” Appears to be plenty of staff, so not sure why any of this is acceptable.

It’s new, and so you’d think they would bring in veteran employees to open it. Instead they have young kids who have never worked at a chipotle before, and it shows. The portions are small, and they don’t properly distribute the ingredients in the burritos, creating pockets of flavor in different bites. It should not be the customers job to train the employees how to make a burrito.

Ordered a quesadilla last night & the laid the packaging flat in the bag. They staged the bag upright & the sour cream slipped through to the quesadilla. Needless to say, I had a mushy tortilla & curdled sour cream.
Also the kids meals at other chipotles typically have full servings. This chipotle was limiting portion sizes. They put the tiniest dollop of cheese
