This is my untouched bowl i got from the worker, i asked for mild salsa and he gave me medium, i asked for sour cream on the side and he put it in my bowl and gave me the smallest portion for all the rest of my toppings. As I was still in the restaurant I could see him giving another white male customer a large portion and gave a woman of color a small portion like mine. If you go to this location don’t let the young white man with a buzz cut take your order if you’re not white 🙂

Every time I go to Chipotle I’m reminded of why I hate eating at Chipotle. The service is bad, the food is mid and it’s always overpriced for what you get. I was shocked by how angry and rude the man working the line was. I felt sorry for his coworkers who have to deal with his presence. He should never work front of house. This is the last time I will go to Chipotle, it isn’t worth my time or hard earned money.

I ordered a bowl with honey chipotle chicken and other toppings to go. I got home and the rice feels like it was even cooked. Texture was as if they pour the rice out the bag it came in straight into my bowl.

If you order online, be prepared to still wait in line to get your food. The crew doesn’t place the mobile orders in the proper location, but has you wait in line to pick it up. The first time I went not at a busy hour, they forgot my drink and a side order of tortillas. Now the food on the other hand was pretty good and I’d recommend eating it again but not inside as there were empty bags laying on tables when I went inside.

Every time I do an online order for a pick up or delivery, the portion size is ridiculously small. This is a double chicken salad bowl that is just filled with beans, not even with salad mix. They just added in lettuce on the top and that was it. Usually when I order in person, salad bowl includes kale, lettuce, and spinach to replace the rice portion. Just because customers won’t see the food before they get home doesn’t mean chipotle can cut down on portion and quality. I would personally never recommend anyone to order online from chipotle. Also, can’t believe they put in that lettuce end to fill the empty space in the container.

Quite literally the worst food franchise I have ever seen. Floor and tables were covered in trash. Staff members sat in the back laughing and point when customers would walk in and immediately turn around. Front staff members would turn people around when they tried to order because they were out of everything. Corporate Chipotle needs to reconsider ownership/management at this location.

I did online order and every other time got a good amount because I got extra everything, but this time and last time I ordered, I got this amount in the picture. I could already tell there was a lot less than usual because it was so easy to shake around. The chicken I tried from a friend’s tasted spoiled, and portions are really little now. The taste overall was just mediocre. A shame that it used to be so good.

The cashier forgot to give us our cups and the way they make quesadillas is unlike the better Chipotle locations I’ve visited. I don’t think they have the same toaster oven other stores have, so they made it on a grill in the aluminum foil and served it to me like this, in the hot aluminum foil they had just taken off the grill without folding or cutting it and without a lid despite having ordered take-out. The small cheese sauce isn’t worth the money either.
