I haven’t had an issue with bowls when ordering inside, except for the staff being consistently less than friendly. But ordering ahead has repeatedly resulted in really.. interesting food. They are always wrong to some extent but I usually don’t mind. Tonight, my bowl was drowning in warm sour cream (which I didn’t order any of) and had slices of cheese pitifully thrown on top. Slices? It was also missing the veggies, tomato salsa, and roasted corn that I had ordered. Wrong bag? I was just about the only one there so I’m not sure. Anyway, it’s giving 2am struggle meal that I had the privilege of wasting $15 on.

I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, black and pinto beans, sofrita, sautéed vegetables, extra corn, guacamole, and lettuce with a side of large chips. The person making my bowl gave me a generous amount of each ingredient to where I had plenty leftover! It taste fresh and was very flavorful. The chips were crispy and did not seem to have a noticeable amount of salt on them. This was fine for me.

Got a chicken bowl for my wife for lunch today and when she opened it she found bugs in her food. I’ve heard about chipotle doing a bad job at washing produce before and was not surprised to find it. I tried to call the store to let the shift leader know to give their product another wash before serving anymore but they have an automated line that doesn’t let you speak to anyone.
This on top of their high and often randomized pricing has really soured the brand in general and my wife is saying we will not be back.
I’ve worked in food service for over a decade, and would never try to sell this to a guest.

The customer service was horrible. My husband and I ordered the steak bowls and I literally couldn’t find the steak in my bowl at all. The prices were expensive too and I don’t feel I got my money worth. We ordered two steak bowls, two bags of chips, and two izze drinks and our total was close to $40. Very disappointing with the taste of the bell pepper and onion mixture for some reason they had a sweetness to it.

I was really surprised when I first checked reviews! The ratings were lower than I expected, and some pictures made the portions look small. But when I actually ordered a bowl, it turned out to be huge! Definitely more than I expected.

I don’t know why I keep trying to give this location a chance. When it first opened things seemed better than the other Athens location. The last few times they have been very skimpy (kind of the Chipotle norm). Today on Valentines day we decided we didn’t want to sit down somewhere so we came by. Door is locked with all of the staff sitting inside eating. Sign says lobby closed. 4 people sitting there. Open for 3 more hours. Won’t even address people as they walk up. I’m writing this review from the parking lot and so far 5 people have just left. Hopefully management can work with this crew and maybe this location can come back to what it was when it opened.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. I ordered a Quesadilla with chicken and cheese. It was burnt, and 90 % of it was the tortilla. Barely any chicken or cheese. The chips were burnt and tasted like they have been sitting for a few days. The guacamole was so bitter and tasted like it was spoiled. Never again.

Okay overall. I just didn’t like how messy it was wrapped and juices from the salsa were dripping out of the wrap. It even dripped out of the bag and onto my seats in the car. Paying $30 plus, I expect a little more.

This is the worst portions ive ever gotten from chipotle. I ordered double chicken and it lolks like only half the bowl is filled. Whoever works here are haters and have no empathy towards hungry people. Never coming here again
