First of, 2/3 items in my order were wrong. Additionally, on top of being wrong…this is what I received instead of barbacoa. It’s absolutely inedible. My dog wouldn’t even touch it. I tipped on top of it, so I gave you guys additional money for me throwing my lunch in the trash. Lovely.

I usually like to get chipotle but it’s now and then kind of deal. Cause 35 or more bucks to enjoy for two. Which is good price but… I’m giving a One star review total due the service. On Oct 25th, 2025 at 9:45-9:55PM. Me and my father headed here for a bite after a lengthy trip back home. So chipotle seem like a good choice especially since was post be open until 11PM. Heading to the front doors it was locked, staff saw us and did nothing to open it. We stood for little whiles before we head back to our car and drove to Whataburger instead. While being in Whataburger group of folks went to Chipotle after being unhappy with Whataburger. We both said “good luck they won’t open for y’all” peeking over I saw that those people were allowed in while we stood for while and was not allowed in. I mean really? While do you deserve any hire review when that happens? So one star.

This location is the worst I’ve visited. I went later in the evening. All of the employees were socializing and the restaurant was filthy. They all had time to tackle the restaurant and clean it for it to be presentable. The young tall man on the line was very rude!

We went in holiday season and towards end of the day around 9pm. There was not a lot of veggies options and only one packet of chips was available. The service was like very bad. They didn’t clean the table and they asked us to take it away and have it. But as we were travelling we cleaned one table for us and still had food. Since we are vegetarians, as not a lot of veggies available, our bowl was just rice and beans.

My family loves Chipotle but this is the dirtiest location I have ever seen. The trash is overflowing, the cook area is messy, all of the table tops have food on them, and the servers dont even bother to wipe up the mess the make as they go (photo attached). Chips are stale and overcooked here.

Disgusting. The servings are very low and the place was trashed. It wasn’t even busy. Every single table was dirty and the floors were bad too. While sitting and eating, one employee started sweeping but only did it under one table. Just gross all over. Trays and baskets stacked high at trash can.
For this to be the only Chipotle around here, it makes me want to make the drive to Gainesville instead of coming here.

This is absolutely the worst Chipotle location I have ever been too! It is absolutely a nasty, disgusting place to eat. It appears the staff is to lazy to clean the tables, floor, drink machines, bar, and even the windows for heavens sake! You would think they would have management that would enforce proper cleanliness or perhaps just pay a cleaning crew to come in nightly and keep the place up to proper standards. I honestly don’t know how this place doesn’t get shut down by the health dept.

Must have hired new staff because this location has went downhill, especially with speed of service. Maybe if the employees stopped cutting up and actually did their job the food would get out in a timely manner. Also long hair needs to be banned or secured better, I can only imagine the hair in the food. Gross!
