Walked in and things were all good until she came to the bar mid conversation (phone to ear) puts her hand right in my burrito… literally moved the rice and chicken on my burrito to the middle with her hands…. no fresh gloves just the same gloves she likely used to answer her phone. I was actively asking her to change her gloves as she touched my burrito however she was deep into conversation before she realized and changed her gloves afterwards…. and had an attitude about it. The young men working with her were super nice though !

Came here for chipotle lane pickup and waited over 20 mins to get my order that was already done due to a car ahead of me going in line when there ordered wasn’t ready yet. This location needs to learn how to manage the line better and have people like that wait in the parking lot until there order is done.

This Chipotle used to be my go-to spot, but lately the experience has gone downhill. I’ve repeatedly seen food being handled recklessly by employees in ways that are unsanitary, including clear cross-contamination from rushing — even when the restaurant isn’t busy.
The dining area is consistently dirty, with trash overflowing, which only adds to the overall lack of cleanliness. On top of that, food is rarely ready. Almost every visit I’ve had to wait for items to be cooked, not because they were sold out, but due to poor preparation and lack of urgency.
This location seriously needs better management, cleanliness standards, and attention to food safety.

I visited this location during dinner rush hour and was surprised at the speed and quality they were able to produce quality food. Their staff were awesome and the location was clean and all of the items were available.I ordered their burrito bowl with chicken and am extremely satisfied with the bowl.They also had a drive through and a separate counter where staff were preparing food for the drive through lane. It is also situated in a very great location beside apartments,Top golf,pickleball place and also andretti for arcade games etc.Its very easy to grab dinner and visit those places in one go by walking a few steps.

This is usually one of my go-to places when we want a quick, good, and healthy option. This last visit was horrible and unexpectedly unprofessional. The steam table with the food was a complete mess! They were out of stuff (sour cream for one), the beans were dried out and it was like no one there cared. They still had over an hour before they would close. When we finally got our food and turned to walk out, we realized the restaurant was trashed and there were no napkins or plastic silverware of any kind for us to take with us. At this point, I just wanted my money back… they have to do better.

I don’t understand why employees destroy the reputation of the restaurant with takeout orders. Every time I order takeout I receive the worst they have there. This time I ordered an extra and what I received was the normal chicken and burnt. Now I understand why sales of this chain have dropped. Their employees are responsible for giving poor service in many of their branches.

Now Chipotle, this is getting ridiculous. The food is usually good but it’s too expensive and they add a stupid amount of cheese to everything. Today when I order tacos and guacamole, there was a sticker from the avocado they used mashed up with my guac. Guacamole is already way too expensive so I shouldn’t find or be eating plastic.

Rice is under cooked and stale I got guac and I had almost a whole half thrown in there not smushed , chips were stale , no lids. Store sign says they close at 11 I got my food at 9 they said they only had brown rice and chicken as we’re paying for the food they bring out two containers of white rice 🙁 . Food quality has been bad recently. What a waste of $50 should’ve gone to Dave’s hot chicken .

first time trying chipotle and wanted to give it a try after hearing about everything happening, id say rumors are true!!! the portions are so small i was barely able to get any chicken compared to moes. the girl literally had chicken still in the spoon when she was putting it in my bowl. and i had to ask for more LETTUCE bc the girl literally put the smallest handful. eating it right now, im eating more rice rather than actual protein. paid $17 only for rice?????? yeah i’m never coming back. support the actual small businesses guys!!!!!!!!!

Split a bowl with the wife. Had a coupon for double protein. The carne asada looked NOTHING like the commercial. Was very tough and not flavorful at all. The guy scraped the bottom of the chicken and did not offer to get fresh chicken. Really small eating space and cold. So save your time and skip this one.
