When I was eating my burrito, I found a piece of plastic inside it. I brought it back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. She looked at it and said it looked like plastic, then immediately asked whether I wanted it remade or refunded — without offering any apology.
I had to ask her if she shouldn’t apologize first. Only then did she say “sorry” and again asked about a refund. At that point, her attitude made me even more upset, but I chose to have the burrito remade instead. She went back to the kitchen and made a new one.
I understand that mistakes can happen, especially when a restaurant is busy. However, speaking to a customer in a blunt way without any apology is another mistake in itself. I hope the restaurant will pay more attention to food safety and also to customer service in the future.

I loved my experience! I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and cheese super simple but the manager made sure the food was ready for peak hour and serving sizes were perfect. They had my sweet tea too! Couldn’t be any happier !

I’m beyond frustrated with Chipotle’s portion sizes, especially with takeout orders. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue, but it’s getting worse. I ordered takeout expecting a full bowl, only to open the container and find barely any protein or toppings. It’s like they’re rationing every scoop, and for the price, that’s unacceptable. If I wanted half a meal, I wouldn’t be paying full price. I’m tired of being disappointed every time—if this keeps up, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Food was good tonight. We had burrito & a bowl. Chicken had a lot of flavor, salsa/pico was delicious. They were out of small/medium lids, so we got free soda upgrades to large. Restaurant was clean- staff was friendly.

I had ordered online through uber eats and they messed up my order once so I let them redo it. Took home the redid order assuming it was correct, however, they put the wrong meat trying to cover up the correct meat I got. Mind you, steak is more expensive than chicken, and I also ordered double meat. This place is too shady do NOT order from here. I recommend the other chipotle near Andrettis or the one on sugarloaf pkwy.

The food was good. The employee that prepared my bowl was great. The older gentleman cashier was having technical difficulties. He was unable to give me back my correct change. In the mist of explaining how much more he has to give me, a young lady jumped in our conversation. I think her name is Camilla.
(Working between 2-3pm) . Very rude until I pulled out my phone and had to do the math for her. Then she wants to put my change on the counter with no apology.
Do better part of being a cashier is knowing how to COUNT!!!!!

absolutely digusting, counter is not being cleaned where they prep customer’s food, portion is ridiculous, i don’t recommend this location at all.
Edit: few minutes after, a man sitting next has his food overflowing, why and how such difference? , and I did use the chipotle contact like the owner responded, I hope someone will reach out to me regarding this asap.

ordered food at this Chipotle, and the Indian staff member who was helping me put items into the bowl gave me less than one scoop of beef. I let that go, but then when I chose vegetables, he gave me just a tiny amount—basically a few pieces. I asked him what he meant by giving me so little, and he said, “If you want more, I can give you more, no problem.”
I just said “forget about it” and walked out.
I’m extremely disappointed with this store and that employee. If you don’t want to give customers proper portions, you can just say so. There’s no need to act like this behind the counter—it’s honestly disgusting behavior.

Who ever decided to put these new employees in the front serving half portions, made a big mistake. I come to this Chipotle at least 3x a week and nowadays the portions they serve are to say the least poor, I asked for a full portion and the lady keep insisting on charging me double. Do better Chipotle.
